I have Ebates automatically programmed to my computer so it should have registered, but something went wrong and it didn't show! All I had to do was forward a copy of the order # and what I ordered and they fixed it so I got my money! They really worked for me and I really appreciated that! Just thought you should know this!

and they joined Ebates and did the necessary shoppingFirstly, I have to reach out to Ebates to get them added to my account which after few follow ups was doneI got multiple emails as well that I earned $amountYesterday, I saw that the total amount from my account is reducedWhen I checked, the referral bonus was removedI raised the concern with the customer service and they have sent me many ids and told me that all these id's are created by one person which is not correct and hence they are removing all the accountsI requested them to prove it that I have created these id's but they said it is in there system and closed the caseI have not created any of those id's and they were actual referrals (I have referred only persons till now)I know of the people whom I referred and that is itI do not know who further referred whom and that is not my responsibilityI think there system is showing them wrong data but I have not done anything wrong but the customer service closed the case without proper explanation and closed my account as well from there site and hence I will not be getting my money
