I have signed up with *** for cash back program using *** Then I enrolled in "referred a friend" programThe program stated that if I referred friends and if they made a purchase through *** website for more than $25, then I will get $for each referral and bonus of $I have referred friendsThey are my cousin and sisterMy account was credited with the amount as said for $50, but later they debited it and block my accountThe reasons from the customer service is that they suspected that my referrals are from the same userThey never check or request any informationAre family members consider the same user? I have family members who have as well signed up with ***They all have been cancelled by *** with the same reason

Pending amount of $never received On Jan23, I received an email from *** (Customer Operations Analyst at Ebates) stating my account would be terminated due to posting my referral link ** ***In the email he stated I got a request to stop which I never gottenI replied back to him asking for more details (e.gwhen and how was the notification sent to me?) but never heard back againI currently I have $owed through personal cash back purchases and personal referrals

Very good cache service, I recommend to everyone, pleasant actions, an excellent level of return, a large number of platforms with which the service operatesThe support service is working at a very decent level

On February 16, I placed an on-line order with ** *** through my Ebates accountWhile on my Ebates account I clicked on the ** *** banner that stated 12% cash back with 15% off with code "***"My order total is $***I did get 15% off at checkout but did not get 12% cash back on my Ebates accountI contacted Ebates on February 18, via email and they said they would contact ** *** to verify my orderI received an email the same day stating that it would take a minimum of business days but up to days to get a response from ** ***Today (2/20/17) I received an email stating that I would not receive the 12% because I did not go through Ebates but through another site that partners with the storeThey stated that when they requested credit from ** *** it was declined because I used another site and not EbatesI contacted ** *** and the customer service representative that I spoke with stated she had no way of knowing I went through Ebates or

3% cash back that was advertised by EbatesI placed an order for nearly $with Sams’s club and was not issued the cash back, despite being escalated to a supervisorI am very dissatisfied with this service and I will be filing a complaint with my state’s consumer protection department regarding your misleading practices

On March 31st, I booked separate cruises on *** through EbatesBy doing this, I would receive 10% cash back after we had completed the cruisesI spoke to Ebates and on August 4th, I received the following email- Member Services (Ebates) Aug 4, 02:PDT Hello Valued member, Thank you for replying, I was able to locate the Shopping Trip for this vacationOnce Travel is completed and the wait time has expired and for some reason, you do not see the Cash Back added to the account you can respond to this emailThank you for sending over the order confirmationFrom what I see there should be no issues with your Cash BackYour Cash Back and travel amounts that you have received our just placeholders this amount will not reflect the account once the trip is completed so no worriesOnce the trip is completed it will take about weeks or less for the Cash Back to add to your account soon or before September 2nd you will see the Change to your accountIf you have any further

They worked extra hard to make sure I got every penny I was owed, even though something happened that didn't showed up! I have Ebates automatically programmed to my computer so it should have registered, but something went wrong and it didn't show! All I had to do was forward a copy of the order # and what I ordered and they fixed it so I got my money! They really worked for me and I really appreciated that! Just thought you should know this!

Had an issue with cash back not being shown on my account, my issue was handled in a very timely fashion & with fabulous customer service

I made a large purchase on 2/from *** when ebates was offering a 10% cash backafter completion of the order Ebates sent an email saying that I got $in cash backGot my statement for cash back and it had bee removedCreated a ticket for this with them and they said they will reach out to the company which owns ebatesI have been going back and forth for a Month to get the same resultwe are still waitingThis is absoulty the worst Company to get any customer service from or to get them to make this issue right!

Never received due payment that was supposed to be sent to me on May 12thI was supposed to receive a payment of $on May 12thWhen I didn't, I looked into my account to see that Ebates cancelled the membershipThat's wrong, I fulfilled their own policy of making my purchases through December (cut off date) I accumulated a rebate for $due to me on 5/12/I emailed three times, I received conflicting informationCalled customer service to be yelled at and then belittled and told me that I was a bad customerI was also told that I have wasted their time to much with the account adjustmentsI followed the Program Agreement and furnished to Ebates or its affiliates information regarding to every transaction that was not illustrated in my account for research in pursuit to the Ebates own terms and conditions

They claim to have sent a check multiple timesOn asking a tracking number, they are unable to provide oneI have not received any checksThis is a fraud companyDonot trust them

I had been using Ebates for long time, no issue at allRecently, I been making big purchase online and receiving good amount of cash back rewarding to my accountI am having about *** as cashback promise that purchase through linksI was exciting for my payout for 11/15, Ebates pay out their cashback every monthsBut today, when I try login to my account, it kept saying my account is lockedI was so upset and surprise why would a big company like Ebates would do such things to their clientI want a fair judgement on my caseI want my account re-open and get my cashback that was promised to me

It's a genuine organization which has dedicated team of customer serviceI was initially skeptical but I receive cash back in my PayPal and their customer service is awesome

I Love Ebates.***!!! It is a great way to make extra money on something you were going to buy alreadyTheir customer service is excellent and very quick with their response back to you if you should need one! I have used Ebates*** for many years and highly recommend them to everyone!!

Ebates is amazing! They pay you to shop, and even better, pay your travel! (Their cash back on cruises is amazing!!!)

For no reason my account was unavailableI sent an email to customer service for resolution and to reactiviate my account and I have not heard from anyoneI have shopped a couple times and have missed out on cash back as I was not able to sign in
