Ebates has not given me the 2% rebate on a purchase of a Dell laptop on April I received the rebate for an accessory I purchased at the same timeI have been exchanging emails with Member Services, including sending them a receipt for the purchase, but I keep getting the run around and told that they are checking with DellThey have the receipt - what more do they need?
Email Thread ***-*** After I referred to my family members and did not received any referral credit for it I have been told: "As they are unable to validate their accounts, and appear to have been created for and/or paid for by you, we will be leaving the accounts deactivated." I reached out to my referrals and been told they already submitted the require information to validate their accountsHow can my account be penalize for referring and not even getting credit for itPlease advise
Watch Out ! Ebates missed so many transaction specially big spent oneAfter I did send with proof all I see missing money from my accountThis site is abusing internet advertisement and banner profit period and all the clicking clicked double banner and ad ad ad ....so stressfulI tried to call or email to Ebates but you can't find their contact email or numberOnly I can see the small chat box with no respond from Ebates

I love to save money and go to Ebates and click where you want to shopYou will know the percentage you will get back from shopping and Ebates will show you all of the coupons you can use to save more moneyIf you get family of friends to sign up with Ebates you and they get a bonusI will never shop without using ebates to save money and make free money for just shopping

There have been several occasions where I have completed the necessary requirements for cashback and referral bonuses and either never received the bonuses, or received less than stated by Ebates.com I contacted ebates.com about referring a new customer who signed up under his email address, *** from ebates stated that the email was referred by a different email and that they would need confirmation from the new customer that I did in fact refer themI sat with *** as he emailed ebates letting them know that the referral was from A Runnels at the *** emailNot only did I still not receive my $referral bonus, *** never received his sign up bonus eitherAnother email, ***, after she completed her first purchase of $I received a $bonus instead of $I received a cashback check for $that did not clear at the bankAnd the latest is a 10% cashback offer on cruises booked through Expedia***My cru
This is a reputable company one that I do business with whenever I shop onlineAt first I thought it was a scamSure, go here and shop as I typically do and get paid to do itRiiiighhhhtBut ever since I started, they have always give me cash back from my shopping visits to companies like *** *** ***I am still amazed it worksThe reason for my review is a recent customer service interaction I hadFor some reason the session was not logged when I purchased something onlineIn all honesty, it probably was my faultBut they looked into the issue and resolved the discrepancy quicklyI just thought the service was excellent and had to write a review!

As a new user, I made an honest mistake regarding a purchase and was not initially given the cash back I had expectedI contact Ebates — explained the problem — and asked if there was anything they could doThey kindly offered to give me the cash back I had originally expectedThere are very few companies in any industry that would be so honorableI am impressed!
I’ve been pleasantly surprised by Ebates support team I requested a timeline on a payment and not only did they supply that, they informed me I received a check which hadn’t been cashed I informed them I never received a check and they are issuing a new replacement check I love Ebates
I love Ebates! It's a great company where you earn money for stuff you're buying anyway And their customer service is amazing Any time I've ever had an issue, or didn't get credit for a purchase right away, they're resolved it in record time without hesitation They respond to questions in a very timely manner and all of their representatives are extremely knowledgeable
Ebates more trouble than it is worthAt first I got credit for all my purchases But as time went on I notice that I get about percent nowIf you want to find out what went wrong be prepared to have all your records of sales from months agoNot just who you bought from but purchase orders, dates of purchase and many othersYou will become the accounts receivables for the company and you will not get minimum wageWhat proof do they have to show you that they did not keep their share and your alsoYou do not get to see their payment they receive from your purchase For the tiny bit of cash back it is not worth all the headache
