On August 6, I went through *** to place an order on *** which was offering 3% cash backI didn't write the shopping trip number down when it passed over the screen because I never doI just trust it will get trackedMy Order No *** was in the amount of $4,I have the receiptWhen I went back to Ebates to make sure it went through it didn't show up in my shopping trips and ebates will not give me the cash backAnytime I have a big purchase they conveniently have issues with the shopping trip loggingI am beyond irritated as I have been using Ebates forever and this was a big purchase that I counted on the rebate for!

I have found EBates to be extremely helpful in regards to all issues I have had online They are also very fair when it comes to handling of things I even don't always get right I appreciate that EBates is here for us (the consumers) to save money where we purchase as well as give us other chances for discount coupons as well

Ebates is the greatest app you can have! I have been shopping on Ebates since September and I have saved so much money on the things I bought and got cash back!!!!! What else could you ask for! They have a very great company,good customer service, easy to use so glad I found this appI love love this money for something I was already doing now getting paid to do it!!!! I would not have come here if the customer support from Ebates was a little cooperativeHere we go with the actual caseI referred few of my friends
and they joined Ebates and did the necessary shoppingFirstly, I have to reach out to Ebates to get them added to my account which after few follow ups was doneI got multiple emails as well that I earned $amountYesterday, I saw that the total amount from my account is reducedWhen I checked, the referral bonus was removedI raised the concern with the customer service and they have sent me many ids and told me that all these id's are created by one person which is not correct and hence they are removing all the accountsI requested them to prove it that I have created these id's but they said it is in there system and closed the caseI have not created any of those id's and they were actual referrals (I have referred only persons till now)I know of the people whom I referred and that is itI do not know who further referred whom and that is not my responsibilityI think there system is showing them wrong data but I have not done anything wrong but the customer service closed the case without proper explanation and closed my account as well from there site and hence I will not be getting my money

Ebates is very service-oriented and do not waste anytime to be of help in whatever issues you may have Very pleased with my outcome and cannot emphasize enough that Ebates is the way to go FIRST before shopping away Enjoy !

I purchased a TV from a third party retailer (dell) for $2,before taxes on 11/27/I utilized the ebates website to purchase the TV (go through the ebates site in order to receive a monetary rebate from ebates of a certain percentage)At that time, the percentage of the rebate was 15% of the total purchaseTherefore, I should have been given a monetary "ebate" of $After the purchase, ebates stated that it can take up to business days to see that amount in my accountHowever, today I received a response that they were unable to find the purchase and can not give me the 15%The sole reason I purchased the product was because of this 15% that I was supposed to receiveThis is practice an advertising

I had recently received a welcome bonus through ebates for reaching a qualifying purchase amountsOne day it just disappeared from my accountI emailed them and after about attempts they finally responded saying that they cancelled my bonus bc of a past email I usedOnly under that past email account that I don't use anymore I never got the welcome bonus either! On July 11, 2017, I placed an order through HP.com I did so in part because Ebates currently had 10% cash back advertised on HP.com orders I've used Ebates with several orders in the past, including HP.com with no problems When visiting HP.com, I made sure the Ebates "cash back button" was activated through my browser My order ended up being $1498.55, so I was expecting 10% of that to show up in my cash back balance through Ebates in the next few days When it didn't show up, I made a manual request to register my cash back A few days later, I received a pathetic response that my order was "attributed to another site that partners with this store." This is absurd, since I wasn't using any other site, and I double checked to make sure I had activated the Ebates cash back before placing my order It's obvious they're trying to use technicalities to avoid paying larger cash back claims, as evidenced by the experiences of many others on this site

Ebates*** is a rebates websiteI booked a cruise trip (two rooms, separate orders) via expedia*** using Ebates in Februray It said that I would get 10% cashback for each of the rooms (that is $600+ and $400+ cashback) after weeks after the trip was completedThe cashback showed pending for over months since the completion of the trip in January I have contacted the customer services once by filling out their online forms (in March??)I never heard from themThen I found this month that the pending transactions just disappeared without paying the balance!! Please pay the amount you promised!!!

I really enjoyed working with E Bates I lost my check and hadn't cashed it within the days they gladly re issued me a check with no hesitation very kind and understanding customer service I recommend this site to anyone
