Great customer serviceSeveral times I've been logged out of Macy's, therefore I lost my Ebates Cash backBut when I ask Ebates customer service for help, they go above and beyond, and have applied my Cash backI've saved a decent amount of money, using Ebates when I shop

I was supposed to receive a payment of $on February 15th When I didn't, I looked into my account to see that Ebates moved the date to May 15th That's wrong, I fulfilled their own policy of making my purchases through December (cut off date) I accumulated a rebate for $due to me on 2/ I emailed three times, no response Called customer service to be told they'll forward my request, called again to speak to a supervisor, to be told they "stepped away from their desk", which is a fancy word for I don't want to deal with you, then had to call AGAIN, after yet no response to be told I would get my money in 3-business days

Ebates terminates my account several days before the Big Fat payment with no reasonThe website showed that I will get more than $*** on 2/15/and these cash back are for Oct 2016-Dec I sent email to customer service but they told me "The merchant has let us know these orders are invalid and have revoked the Cash Back." but if I asked them which merchant is that and which transactions are invalid, they cannot tellSo I am thinking that they just don't want to give me the cash back and so terminates my account with no convincing reasonWhen I asked Ebates to give me further proof, they stopped replying my email and because they terminate my account I cannot log in to check detailsI cannot accept such rediculous non-reasoning decisionAlso, Ebates team post all earning cash back on my account, not myself, right? So they should just post valid transactions as they determined, how could such transaction turned to be invalid several days before the Big Fat payment? Even i

They contact you immediately after you email them with a question, and get back to you within hours with a professional response and resolution I have had nothing but positive experiences with Ebates and enjoy the money back when shopping online The payments go right into my PayPal account and have always been correct

Ebates has yet to issue monies owed to meThis happened on November 15th 2015, which was rectified, and now on February Ebates issues cash back to its customers once every three months for making purchases online through various merchantsFor example, monies accrued from October 1st through December 31st will be paid to you on February 15thThese funds can be issued in the form of a paper check or can be deposited directly to your *** accountI choose to have my funds deposited to my *** accountLast year, on November 15th, I noticed my funds of several hundred dollars were not depositedI wrote them immediately and I was informed that someone in the accounts department would handle it, but was not told whenI waited several days and contacted them again, I was told the same thing, which was sounding very generated to meAfter days of calling and emailing my situation was rectifiedOn February 15th I was due to receive $82.93, but AGAIN, it was not deposited
I just started using Ebates, and love them I had a slight problem, and they fixed it immediately Trina Gof Member Services is great She solved my problem in less and hours
Ebates is not honoring cash back programEbates confirms cash back each shopping trip but once purchase is complete there is no cashback or confirmation numberEbates states nothing can be done
The customer and support center is poor I can't log into my account and I've sent in three inquiries and still no response I've been an avid user for years and when I get a problem, no responseThanks for the support
