I just joined EBATES this year I have had nothing but positive good customer serviceIt is free like they say no gimmicks at all They are on top of their customers and put them first Thank you again

my ebates email account is***, and I e-mail to the ebates customer service several times about re active my account, but no one reply to me, and still my account has few hundreds dollars

I had family members and friends sign up which came with a bonusEbates refused to send the rebate for this as well as my own purchasesThey cancelled my account as well as my wife's accountI made my own purchases and she made her own purchasesI signed up my friends and family and she signed up her friends and familyAt one time they were running a promotion that stated that you would receive a ** dollar bonus for every two friends that you referred to Ebates that made a purchaseEvery time you referred two friends the site said that you were now eligible for a ** dollar rebate, but they only honored that refund for the first two referralsFor every other referral they paid * dollarsThey did not honor the full amount for me during that promotional period, but they did not pay my wife for the referrals and her payments at all

I have contacted Ebates numerous times concerning cash back that I did not receiveHalf of the time, no one respondsI do get a basic email but no one ever follows up with itSometimes, they state it will take days to receive the cash back and once plus day passes....well there is nothing that happensToo many times, months and months passes without a resolutionFirst few times it was annoying but I just accepted it as a lossNow it is happening more and moreIt would be great if someone in the company would address this matterFor instance, I had a $*** *** charge in January ***I sent in my receipt to Ebates and was told it would take daysThat time has passedI even filled with case numbers *** and ***You can look at these and follow upOne is priceline and the other is EnterpriseI had some back in ***Jewelry was listed as 7% back on ***So I bought a watch under the Jewelry categoryWhen I emailed Ebates, they said *** wasn't on

I have been using Ebates for over ten years now and I absolutely love itExcellent customer service, easy to useI have a lifetime earnings of over $just for clicking through their site to purchase things I’m already shopping forThat doesn’t include the coupons and other savings they find for me, as wellI don’t normally take the time to write reviews like this, but I think they have a lot of integrity as a company and that means a lot to me

I am new to Ebates, and forgot to activate their site before shopping with a retailer I contacted Ebates, explained my mistake, and without judgement, my customer rep *** very gladly worked to apply my purchase to my Ebate account I was thrilled that someone actually listened, responded politely, efficiently and quickly! Kudos to *** and the others at Ebates for helping me save money when I shop!

On Black Friday Ebates advertised 62% back on certain products and purchasesCarefully reviewing the terms and conditions to make sure I was reading it correctly and after sending it to others to also review, we made a purchase we wouldn’t have normally purchased, but because of the price I didAfter making the purchase and not receiving my full refund as advertised I contacted the companyFrom there they forwarded on their terms and conditions which contradicted what they were telling meI again explained my situation and gave them all proof as to why I was complainingAfter emails back and forth they have quit respondingHoping to be heard now

On March 25, 2018, I submitted a support ticket to track cash back on a phone purchase I had made on March 7, They emailed me back that they have not received credit for the order but they do not want me to wait to get money back Deposited $into my account on March
I check my balance on April and the $is no longer in my account They say due to the merchant disqualifying the order on March
My question is why did they put the money in my account on the 25th if the order was disqualified on the 7th SEEMS LIKE A BIG SCAM TO ME Will not be using ebates in the future and will not recommend them to anyone SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ebates is wonderful! You can count on their customer service to be top notch!

I signed up for ebates and referred my sister (we live in the same house and there policy allows multiple accounts per household)She placed an order immediately after signing upI recieved my $sign up bonus as advertised and the $referral bonus which is also advertisedOnce we both placed orders and received the promised bonus each of $(plus the $I received for referring my sister)They took all of the money out if our accounts and we have been emailing them for days with only vague messages telling us they are forwarding us to other departmentsI had another person sign up right before I realized what happenedThis is not rightI do not like being taken for advantage of and neither does my friends and familyWatch out for this companyAnd when something does happen, CALL, DO NOT EMAIL!

I had an issue where I was credited the wrong amount for a purchase I made through ebates I expressed my concerns through an email and it was corrected in a matter of minutes I was very impressed with the customer service I received Thanks ebates!
