On Black Friday Ebates advertised 62% back on certain products and purchasesCarefully reviewing the terms and conditions to make sure I was reading it correctly and after sending it to others to also review, we made a purchase we wouldn’t have normally purchased, but because of the price I didAfter making the purchase and not receiving my full refund as advertised I contacted the companyFrom there they forwarded on their terms and conditions which contradicted what they were telling meI again explained my situation and gave them all proof as to why I was complainingAfter emails back and forth they have quit respondingHoping to be heard now

The Help Support Staff are EXCELLENT and I have required Help a few times! I would give them stars if I could! I have recommended Ebates to several friends and the smartest ones, joined right away!
E-Bates is great way to shop I couldn't believe it was was possible at first to get money back But my daughter got me started & I love it!!! It's nice to get money back for shopping on sites that I normally shop on anyway!!

The company advertised $referral bonuses, and I referred two of my friendsThey had different emails, addresses, and one had a different Credit CardThe other is my coworker and we share a company card so they flagged that and removed the bonusBut the first one has all different everything and they removed our bonuses and said they had no reasonThis is advertisement as the other reason I convinced my friend to sign up was for the bonus they promisedWe violated none of the rulesThis is wrong
I had an issue with an expired check and within minutes of submitting a request, a replacement check was being issued! The customer service of this company is AMAZING! Sure wish every company treated their customers like this! I LOVE ebates!
Ebates collects commissions from retailers for bringing customers to the retailer's siteThen claims to pass on part of that commission to the customerThey do this by tracking the ordersEbates will stop paying tracked purchases if the amounts are too highThen if you request they honor their advertisement they lock your accountThey essentially get the retailer to pay them for customer purchases under pretenseThis is a rip off to the retailers and the customerI have gone to online consumer complaint sites and there are a ton of similar reports
