I've been using Ebates for a little over a year now and love itI had a couple hiccups with some purchases, but the customer service was prompt kick *** about handling itI'm usually skeptical about this type of business but this is truly a legit and very cool app if you like to shop and get money back

I was in email correspondence with one of your representatives *** who was incredibly vague and very unhelpfulIt appears as though a credit card I was using for multiple orders was frozen for fraud and none of my orders were processed shipped or received from any companyMoney that was issued was also taken out of my ebates account before a check was issuedHowever it appears as though EBates according to *** “terminated” my accountI had previous cash back that was already issued to EBates from previous orders that were already processed and received by me all I was waiting for was eBates quarterly shipment of the checksAs EBates has already received money for the orders that were placed within the past few months it appears as though they are trying to commit fraud by keeping money that was already issued to them from numerous companiesHaving orders declined which I just found out from fraud on my credit card is no business of Ebates as the money was never received

Ebates is a new app I am absolutely loving! it's fun and easy to use and i'm earning cash back with every purchase I make and every referrals who make their first purchaseAt times I have had a question and their customer service emails me immediately to answer my question and provide additional tips or suggestionsExcellent, dedicated employees executing a fantastic business model! Great Idea, but if you buy any large purchases or a lot in volume, good luck getting paid They will find something to dismiss the purchase and will not pay you I would use a different site that these liars So far they owe me on a total of $from walmart over purchases, and a cruise direct purchase of over $2,dollars They are skipping over a total amount of ebate payments of $they promised me with the percentages they advertise to use their company for your online shopping and bookings They give you a few bucks in the beginning, but as your rack up they disappear or they refuse to pay them, OR if you make a big purchase they again will lie and refuse to pay the percentage they advertised They are in violation of advertisement

I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in November about a credit being for the incorrect amount after spending several months trying to work it out with eBates directlyAfter that complaint eBates immediately gave me the proper rebate amountHowever, I received a statement today and suddenly the amount has been reduced back to the original inaccurate amount of creditI should be receiving a 10% credit on $*** and am only receiving $*** *** lessSince after my first compliant, the amount was adjusted to reflect the correct amount, it is obvious it was done for show only

I've been using Ebates for quite some time now, and I have to say they never fail to pleaseEbates customer service team is top notch - always putting customers interests first and doing whatever they can to keep the customer happy!

Ebates Customer Service is the absolute BEST! They contact you immediately after you email them with a question, and get back to you within hours with a professional response and resolution I have had nothing but positive experiences with Ebates and enjoy the money back when shopping online The payments go right into my PayPal account and have always been correct

Ebates REMOVED a cashback that had posted to my account! I placed a 1-800-flowers order on Dec 8th and all items have been deliveredThey sent me an email stating that I made $Cash BackIT HAS DISAPPEARED and is no longer showing AT ALL on my accountThey removed it without so much as acknowledging they did so!

I have been a member of Ebates for a number of years and have always had great assistance with any issues I've had and my cash back is a great bonus I think Ebates is terrific and I would and have recommended to a number of my friends
