Ebates is refusing to resubmit my rebate check $*** that they claim wad sent to me on Dec 7,Numerous attempts were made to on line request to resolve this issue...complete ignoranceCompany does not care about their promises made to customersThey b owe me what was promised and to close my account with foreverTerrible

I joined Ebates years ago, but never used their services until I heard friends give glowing remarks about the company and the checks they received every monthsI started ordering via Ebates and it has truly paid off I have referred friends and received substantial amounts due to the referrals I also have received nice checks every months for purchases made via their websites I also benefit from the double and triple bonuses that they may offer It works very well, if you read up and understand how the system worksThe customer service is great They respond immediately and it’s always been to my satisfaction
I have a huge sum of pending cash back from.ebates and suddenly they are claiming that my account is to be permanently closed without providing any specific explanation why and just sending me a link of their general rules and regulationsThey deemed that sending me a link was enough and just closed the case right after sending me the message with the link provided without confirming if everything is concluded from.my endI would like e Bates to deliver my rightful cashback that I have earned I find it very unprofessional to say the least for ebates to suddenly decide to close my account right when they are due to send me my check
And the customer service for Ebates is extremely helpful, quick, and one of the best I’ve EVER seen with online customer service!! I will be returning again and again because I have been so pleased, and shocked by how great the customer response and help was!! It was within minutes they helped me! Happy holidays!
I made a purchase on 3/after seeing an email stating 10% cashback on *** purchasesI verified the category, and clicked through to *** I purchased patio furnitureIt was $I was supposed to receive $backI received $After emailing into customer service, they tried to tell me it was only 1% on the day I purchased it, despite their own email showing 10%It is also in the furniture category ON the website, and in the email they sent me saying it was only 1%, even they listed furniture as 10% cash back for that dayThis is unacceptableI have the original and response emails, and I am very upset that they are trying to weasel their way out of having to give me $additionalThat is a LOT of moneyTotal scam
Ebates offers a percentage back on purchases, I received a check in the amount $25.04, I deposited into my bank account and the check is no goodI have fees due to this checkI sent ebates emails asking to resolve this issue, have not heard back from anyone about the issue
