Received Referral Bonus on 07/21/18, but the bonus was taken away a few days laterThe $given to my friend I referred was also taken awayI also have multiple eligible purchases through [redacted] , but did not receive cash backI made several several inquiries with Ebates Customer Service, but no resolve

I was using their service as a cash back site when I noticed going back into June of that had not been processing my cash back through their site at allThis was well over two dozen transactions totalling around $from retailers as [redacted] *** etcI then emailed them asking why my cash back has not been received, to which I was told to provide order information and total pricing for every transactionI've used this service many times before and never had to provide any order information or total pricingI would like this to be rectified and the money corrected as soon as possiblePlease let me know of there is any additional information needed

This company fraudulently obtained my email address as part of a ticket sale on [redacted] Since then, they have sent me spam emailI have repeatedly requested that they delete my email address/account and have received no responseSimilarly, their website does not enable a user to delete their account or email information, and ebates is therefore also likely in violation of the EU GDPR

I enjoyed using Ebates for the first months, now its time for my 'big fat check'my account stated I would get $returned to mei received an email from them that said, "YOU JUST GOT PAIDYOUR $IS ON THE WAY"if you do your math you will see its exactly $less than what I earned so I emailed customer servicea week later I received an email that said, "I am transferring your request to an agent in the appropriate department who will be better able to assist you in resolving this issueThey will contact you as soon as they have more information regarding your caseYour patience is greatly appreciated." They merely kept my $i still haven't received a response nor my check and from the reviews I have read here, I wont when I get online to access my shopping trips they have been wiped cleani agree with the other responses, they are thieves and I will not be using their services anymore unless this issue is resolvedif for whatever reason they fix their thieving mistake, I will update/leave a new reviewas of right now they are a in my book

I purchased a computer from HP [redacted] through the Ebates website on 12-27-I clicked on a link from an e-mail sent to me by Ebates, advertising 10% off the total purchase and 12% cash back on ANY desktop, good through 12-31-I have been a member of Ebates since and have had no issues with the company until nowI have purchased various goods through the site and have received my cash back as advertisedI purchased the HP computer as I have all the other goods in the past with no variationI had been looking at this particular computer for several weeks and when I received the e-mail from Ebates with the promotion I decided to purchaseThe 10% off code did not work and Ebates is denying to credit my account with cash back earnedI have been in contact with Ebates on several occasions trying to solve this problem with no successThe only difference I can see is that this is the most expensive item I have ever purchased through Ebates and they do not want to live up to their

I used to be their #fan but no longerThey have proven not to be trustworthy with what I've seen going on in my Ebates accountI've noticed I'm not getting credit for shopping so I have to send them proof Their reasoning behind my not receiving that credit in the beginning was because I, all of a sudden after a couple years using them now I don't know what I'm doing however clearly not the caseThey started making up different excuses since this was happening more frequently & I am not having any other computer issuesI've been monitoring my ebate [redacted] a LOT more closely in the last monthsJust recently had orders from the same company less than a week apart, again I got a few more bogus excuses about why I was credited for & not the other (I only reported & didn't state that fact)As soon as I WAS credited for the earlier date I looked at my account & the second date was now gone! I also wouldn't have questioned why I was getting credit for from a certain store & not the otherIf I have not been checking my account like this I would NOT be getting my moneyI spend more time checking & double checking to make sure I get the credit that I'm owedThe customer service used to be so good & it hasn't been for going on close to a year nowThis was a company I told everyone about regardless if I got referrals or not because I truly believed in themTo have these bad experiences now is beyond disappointing

Business is said to offer cashback for purchases made through its siteHaving accrued $ [redacted] since January 1, 2017, I attempted to review my account on 3/17/17, to find that it was closed by the businessAttempts to obtain information to substantiate why have not been fruitful

I followed eBates [redacted] process to buy from [redacted] and receive 15% in rebates for my purchaseMy order # [redacted] from [redacted] subtotaled $Per eBates, you are required to log a shopping trip with the vendor prior to completing your purchaseMy eBates account clearly shows that I logged multiple shopping trips for [redacted] on My 9, so that I could ensure that the 15% was processed correctlyAfter several inquiries with eBates where I followed up on the status of my rebate, I received a message stating that my purchase did not qualify for rebate because "this order was placed in a manner which gave the credit for the sale to another website that partners with this store." I clicked through from Ebates to [redacted] on two separate occasionsI used no other add-on, plor coupon that was not automatically applied via [redacted] (no way to remove)I was told I would not receive the cash back that was due me because they state I used something besides EbatesI did not and this is not the first time this has happened with EbatesThis is unacceptableIf the company does not want to provide cash-back then they can removed themselves from the listUntil this is the case- using it correctly should be rewarded with the expected cash back

Pending amount of $never received On Jan23, I received an email from [redacted] (Customer Operations Analyst at Ebates) stating my account would be terminated due to posting my referral link [redacted] In the email he stated I got a request to stop which I never gottenI replied back to him asking for more details (e.gwhen and how was the notification sent to me?) but never heard back againI currently I have $owed through personal cash back purchases and personal referrals

Ebates is a scam !!! Using ebates is waste of your time ! According to their policy, every customer can get 25$ after referring a friend to ebates and the friend can get 10$ welcome bonus as a new customerSo I referred my roommate [redacted] to the ebates, and then she bought some stuff such as diapers from Target through ebatesBut They did not give me and my friend the bonusAfter I contacted with their customer service, My friend and I got our bonus in our accountHowever, they removed the bonus from our account later!!! So, I contacted with them again but did not get any information or notice from them!!! I am so pissedI just remind everyone who is seeing this comment that do not waste your time on this businessEbates is a big big scam !!!

Highly Recommend Ebates to everyone, I have never had a bad experience with this company, they have always answered quickly and fixed anything I had inquired about...Awesome customer service, I have been a member sense and am so happy I joined...who couldn't use the extra cash back on purchases, wish alot more company's would join Ebates wish Homespice Decor would join...GREAT JOB EBATES !!!! [redacted] states on its website linking page (the page that links [redacted] to the stores that use its services) that customers will receive an additional 3% cash back if purchase are made using their [redacted] Credit CardThe page specifically states "3% Cash Back when you use your [redacted] Credit Card." However, since purchasing at many of their participating stores going through [redacted] and using my [redacted] Credit Card, at least 50% of the time they do not grant the additional 3% Cash BackSince December 2014, I have had to continually contact their customer service department and request that they grant me that additional 3% advertised cash back when I check my cash back statement on their website and realize that they have not granted me what they have advertisedHere is my complaint from December, 2014: "I made or purchases using my new [redacted] Visa Card through Ebates***, however I was only awarded the additional 3% cash back on of those purchases." Ebates is the worst!!!! The fine print is that one ebates account per per "address" not personMe and my roomate both have one ebate account but because its under the same address, guess what both accounts were cloesed in violationThere should be a limit per address say or not one

Haven't yet figured out whether it was my scror a glitch with the app but regardless, Ebates was prompt in responding to my question, provided guidance on what they needed from me...and within a few hours of my call, they had resolved the problem, credited my account and I'm confident moved on to the satisfactory handling of the next issue that popped up In our competitive environment todayEbates knows that customer service is what makes the difference and brings people backtime and time again Seems to mein a far away, long ago U.Sthat was standard!!
