My Ebates check never arrived back in November When I asked Ebates about it, they said it was already cashed and they provided a copy of itA copy of the cashed check is attachedI told Ebates that I never received the check and the signature on the back of the check is not mineEbates told me that once a check is cashed, even if it is stolen, they are not responsibleThey told me I would have to file a police report on my ownIt is amazing how a company who's main priority is to pay their customers, can just sit back and say they are not responsible when their customers don't receive their checks
I ordered an hp computer through the ebates websiteFor Black Friday/ Cyber Monday they were offering a 10% Cash back promoI followed all the proper instructions, ordering from ebates link, not having pop up blockers or using other promo codesThe laptop was very expensive and only ordered because of ebates advertising 10% cash back the next dayOf course the next day came and Ebates did not give me the moneyI contacted them and sent them my invoice and on their website it has my shopping trip code #Even with all this they are claiming that they will not give me the moneyThis is fraudulent advertising and bait and switchThey receive the kickbacks for me using their website but refuse to honor the cashbackAbsolutely horrendous company-stay away!
