This company is awesomeso easy to work with and so easy to earnmore than $3,cash back in quarterly checks since I became a member!!

I am relatively new to Ebates but thus far my experience has been negativeSome of my shopping trips, even when I used the "activate cash back" button on my browser, did not earn cash backWhile there may be some way to contact Ebates to correct this, it hardly seems worth it to use a service that requires constant patrolling and babysitting to make sure they're doing what they've promised to doIf it's not easy to use, I won't use it
I also made a purchase from JC Penney while there was a 6% cash back event happeningI opted to purchase from Penney's rather than my usual sources so that I could get the cash back and try Ebates out while buying some things I needed anyway (and they were on sale)I purchased about $worth of items and saw on my Ebates account that I had earned cash backThat cash back was still there when I got my order confirmation email from Penney's and it was still there when my items shippedEbates also gave me $towards another "shopping trip"
The next time I checked my Ebates account I had ZERO cash back and ZERO "gift" money from EbatesI contacted customer service who told me that I must have returned part of my order, or that I used a coupon so Penney's canceled the cash backWell, I didn't return anythingSo I was made to believe I was earning cash back and a bonus $10, but then weeks later they took it away
It's not a ton of money or anything, but I definitely feel like I was lied toI'm pretty furious at both Ebates and Penney'sEbates because I can find nowhere on their website (which has an awful "Help" section) where it says you can't earn cash back AND use a coupon; nowhere have I found the rule that says merchants can opt to cancel your cash back at any time just because you used a coupon that THEY offered youAnd I'm annoyed with JC Penney because they processed the order, allowed me to use the coupons, let the cash back sit on my Ebates account for a couple of weeks, and -- what? -- THEN they decide I can't have what I've already been told I earned?
No thanksI don't need to visit either of these websites ever again

I have been a member of Ebates since and have never had an issue with themI recently contacted customer service with a question and it was answered within the hour The resolution was totally acceptable

Twice I have had issues about receiving my cash backNo sooner did I reach out to Ebates customer service that they responded quickly and expeditiously corrected the issueLove Ebates!!!!

I have to admit that I was skeptical when I first discovered Ebates, but here I am years and $later to say what a great website! Ebates is an excellent way to earn cash back doing shopping you were already doing online anyway! They also have a fabulous customer service dept!!!

I have been an Ebates user for a few years nowThe company promises to mail a check as a rebate for making purchases on line via their websiteI was due to receive my rebate check in August in the amount of $217.27, but I never received itI have repeatedly emailed the company, and I was told that a check will be re-issued shortlyThen I received an email saying that the company can only cut checks on specific dates so my check will be mailed to me in OctoberI had no choice in the matter but to waitMy account online said my check was finally sent on 10/10/17, but when I contacted the company to follow up on it, they advised to wait until 10/31, and if I do not receive it, I can contact them again to re-issue another checkI did not receive my check despite confirming my address multiple timesThe last communication was on 10/31, when I was told that this issue was escalated to a supervisorIt has now been a week, and I still have not heard anything from the companyI h

I used to be their #fan but no longerThey have proven not to be trustworthy with what I've seen going on in my Ebates accountI've noticed I'm not getting credit for shopping so I have to send them proof Their reasoning behind my not receiving that credit in the beginning was because I, all of a sudden after a couple years using them now I don't know what I'm doing however clearly not the caseThey started making up different excuses since this was happening more frequently & I am not having any other computer issuesI've been monitoring my ebate*** a LOT more closely in the last monthsJust recently had orders from the same company less than a week apart, again I got a few more bogus excuses about why I was credited for & not the other (I only reported & didn't state that fact)As soon as I WAS credited for the earlier date I looked at my account & the second date was now gone! I went through Ebates to purchase Groupon vouchers on two separate occasionsThese vouchers never showed up on my Groupon account in order to redeem themWhen I went through Ebates to view/redeem the vouchers, there were obscure addresses to the sites that wouldn't loadAlso, one of the vouchers had codes that overlapped so it wasn't legibleAlso, I noticed that the vouchers were listed as expired or usedOne voucher was a few days from expiration and the other was purchased an hour prior to thisI contacted Groupon and was told they had no record of these vouchers being purchased so they couldn't help meI then contacted Ebates and received an email from them a few days later telling me that they only handle the rebates and I would have to contact GrouponMy credit card was charged by Groupon because Ebates took me directly to my Groupon payment infoHowever, I don't feel this is an issue with Groupon as there was never any record of my purchaseI expect a refund of the $

I love EbatesI've had to reach out to customer service a couple (rare) timesThe response rate is pretty fast and they have always addressed my needs or provided me an explanation I highly recommend them

Ebates is a no-brainer to use and will save you money each time you shop online at an "Ebates store." Their customer service is also outstanding, should there be any problems, which are few and far between!

This company send out several emails advertising up to 10% on *** so later found out *** offer only percent
