I didn't know what to place this under for the nature of complaint because it involves the company site and how it is ranAs you may already know when your on the site the little button comes up to click for their siteWhich I have been doingBut when I went to look at how much cash back I should have accumulated it shows nothing at allThen there is another page you go to in order to see what sites you have been inI have sent them separate requests and they keep saying that I have not used their site since July of this yearWhich I know is incorrectSo I have not been receiving my monies to be refunded each quarterThis is for more than one purchaseI just noticed that I was not getting the proper money to be returned

Ebates has a product called in-store cashback, which gives customers cashback for in store purchasesI registered my cards with ebates before purchase and followed all instructions, however, I still haven't received cashback from two transactions since Oct 2017: in store purchase at *** *** *** *** *** purchase amount: $*** purchase date: Oct 8, card type: *** in store purchase at *** *** ***, *** *** ** *** purchase amount: $*** purchase date: Oct 7, card type: *** I've contacted ebates many times via their website and contact formBut I haven't heard any reply from them

It is supposed to be 'one click' deal to get the cash backNot so muchMost of the time, they claim they don't have record of the shopping trip even though you provide it to them...its listed on their website under your account
The in-store cash back is a jokeThey will send you confirmation of the purchase with the approximate date when you will get the cash back but that's where it ends.If you inquire, they ask you to submit a store receipt...hello...you just sent me an email with the purchase confirmation!
And don't bother to buy more then one item from one store during the same dayMost likely you will get cash back for one transaction only
It is a great concept but they need to rethink the whole process and improve the website

eBates advertised a $promo gift card with purchase from *** refuses to honor it claiming eBates is wrong and the promo did not existeBates is refusing to honor it saying they did not list that promoAfter providing them with screenshot evidence that they indeed DID list that promo, they now say they are not responsible for errorsI've spend tens of thousands of dollars through eBates, and if through their partnership with *** ( a major computer manufacturer) able to get their promotions correct, then they have bigger problems that the Revdex.com should make consumers aware of

Not really being internet savvy, or a coupon clipperEbates has enabled me to capture savings with little effortEven when I make mistakes, their customer service personnel are on point to resolve the problem and get me back on trackIt takes some getting use to

This company fraudulently obtained my email address as part of a ticket sale on ***Since then, they have sent me spam emailI have repeatedly requested that they delete my email address/account and have received no responseSimilarly, their website does not enable a user to delete their account or email information, and ebates is therefore also likely in violation of the EU GDPR

I love EBATES! It is the best thing to ever happen to online shoppingI rarely shop anywhere that doesn't use it!!

I'm tired of having to file complaints against this companyThis is the third or fourth time they have lied to me about their product/serviceI have filed dozens of "missing cash back" claims they claimed could not be foundThen they found one, so they asked me to send more requests for missing cash backThey sent me one more validation, so I sent more requestsSuddenly they stopped responding to my emailsThe last email, they called me "***" and said I was being forwardedThey owe me hundreds of dollars once again in missing cash backThis is a repeat issue for this company

I don't normally send in reviews on vendors whether I recieve good service or bad, but I felt compled to write on for Ebates I totally did the wrong things when it came to putting my orders Everything turned out to be a mess and it was my fault I called Ebates Customer Service, and the young lady (*** *.) was so helpful with correcting my orders and getting me my rebates it was impressive She knew exactly what needed to be done, she did it, the corrections went in quickly without any issue My rebates are recorded and scheduled, and I owe it all to *** * This is how you treat valued customers I would recommend using Ebates not only for the rewards, but for the expert service they provide

Ebates.com is such a great appI have nothing but positive things to say about themTheir Customer service gets an A++, as well

I was looking to get a new phoneEbates usually has deals going on with holiday timingI looked at straight talk and they had 11% cash back listedI purchased a phone worth through them on May May 30th I still did not have the cashback in my account so I submitted an inquiryThey asked me for order confirmation, which I submittedI was then told I would not get cashback until they verified with straight talk I actually made the purchase (track log shows the day/time of purchase)I received a call from the supervisor stating that I would get $cash back, not 11% of the purchaseI asked why and he said "it says up to 11%"When I purchased, it did not say "up to" it only said "11% cash back"Had they listed it correctly at the time, I would have bought elsewhere for less money

I booked a trip with sandals back in MayEbates claims to offer 2% cash backMultiple payments were made the sandals account and each time the ebates button was activatedA few months after the trip I remembered using this feature and checked my accountI used the where is my cash back feature to search for the shopping trips and but rather then give me the option to talk to someone I received a message stating "did you know payments are added to your account weeks after the travel date." When making purchases using Ebates never received my cash back, I notified Ebates they told me for days they were looking into it, then later got back to me and told me I did not make purchase correctly to get my money back and I did, but continue to deny the rebate I am entitled toI need your help to only get what I deserve

they refused to pay the amount of money owed to me for rebates and referrals by claiming that the referrals were when they were noton 2/15/2016* *** was supposed to pay me approximately $for rebates and referals but no direct deposit was madewhen I emailed them the next day, they told me to wait more days because of the heavy volume over the holiday seasonwhen they still did not deposit the money, they told me to wait another dayswhen I told them this was unacceptable, they told me that all of my referrals had been fake people and I had been running their accounts (untrue) so the sent me $and closed my account along with the accounts of my referrals who were family members and other household members that their rules clearly state can participate in their program
