I had a small issue when my cash back rebate was not credited with a large purchase at an online retailer I reached out to their customer service department after checking my cash back account Their customer service responded almost immediately, I was able to email them a copy of my order and they credited my account the proper amount within hours I have NEVER experienced such AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE with an online account EVER! They were POLITE, PROFESSIONAL and RESPONSIVE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ebates!!!
I absolutely LOVE this company! They are true to their word with their cash back promo's; and if on the off chance there is a problem to be solved, they act on it almost immediately! I have never had such a good response from any customer service member ANYWHERE! I also love that they give you cash back for shopping at places where you would normally shop anyway, without jumping through hoops! I have referred friends and will continue to do so, this is a "too good to be true" that is just plain too good and absolutely true!! I will be with them for life!
EBates uses deception and ever-changing categories to make earning cash back difficult to ensureI placed an order for a cell phone with 4% cash back and they did not award it because it was not an included categoryThat category wasn't listed but electronics wasI'm supposed to know that they don't include cell phones under electronics?
Ebates refunds a percentage of purchases made through their site or claim they doI repeatedly have problems with them refusing to honor the terms of their agreement, making vague claims that "the order was attributed to another site" or some other excuseThis happens even when you take special care to ensure there is NOTHING else which can conflictThe latest example is a $purchase at HP*** that should have resulted in an 8% rebate ($55.19)
