I made a purchase in the beginning of July using an ebates refferal linkIt took over months, verses the days terms of service, to get it creditedI had to complain many times, as Ebates wouldn't even investigate at firstThey finally gave the credit, but not at the promotional amount (10% on all hotel purchases through Expedia) available when I made the purchaseThey are arguing that it's cruises that give 10%But that is under circumstances and other hotel purchases I made at the time were granted the 10%I am more than happy to part ways, but I expect the promised amount as that is why I used an Ebates link rather than a competitorAnd the fact that it took months of complaining, I'm really owed the promised amount

Ebates app specifically states : "Cash back will be added to your Ebates account within six weeks after travel has been completed." In a correspondence email from "***" she states: "In some cases, it can take up to weeks after the completion of your travel." It has now been over weeks and still NO cash back from Ebates, ONLY excusesI've emailed them several times as well as sending all the required details as requested such as booking confirmation, payment amount & receipt, booking date, itinerary #, dates of travel, etc

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company I use it more and more for all my shopping needs I have had one occasion to contact their customer service area The response was prompt, thorough, and completely appropriate Very happy with my affiliation with them

They cheat,we had accounts, one for self and other from another person in family, different address (diff states)I ordered item using their ebates account for delivery at their address but ebates blocked both of our account says its owned by same person, took away earnings saying that it need to be ordered by same person from different machine and location which doesn't make sense, ebates is not providing special laptops for customer to make orders hence can't dedicated how order is placed, they need to specify on the site if they expect that but guess notThough they were not able to provide where they had this condition on the site that members can not use same machine for shopping, they didn't even try to verify by calling account owner rather just took away all the creditthey will soon close but I would suggest do not use Ebates as they will not credit account for many purchases and when you ask question, they will find reason to block account as they did with meIf they really wanted, they could have just called members to verify but guess they never indented to do rather just cheat customerI will be reporting this to businesses so that they remove ebates as their affiliate account and would suggest everyone having issues to do the same as one person may not make difference but when business gets complain from everyone, they will block ebatesEbates need to understand, they are in business bcos we do shopping and not other way around
