Went through Ebates to book a Carnival cruise with Expedia on 4-29-for the total amount of $with Ebates cash back of 10% on cruises through ExpediaCompleted the cruise on 5/19/
Ebates app specifically states : "Cash back will be added to your Ebates account within six weeks after travel has been completed." In a correspondence email from "***" she states: "In some cases, it can take up to weeks after the completion of your travel." It has now been over weeks and still NO cash back from Ebates, ONLY excusesI've emailed them several times as well as sending all the required details as requested such as booking confirmation, payment amount & receipt, booking date, itinerary #, dates of travel, etc
I'm new to Ebates and love it so farI had a problem accessing my cart and checking out with a purchaseI emailed customer service at Ebates and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received a response I tried their suggestion and was able to access my cart and check out just fineThank you Ebates!

Ebates has locked my account, along with other family members stating abuse of the programI received an email stating the following email addresses were not valid and would have to all linked into one*** (This is my account*** ***) *** (This is my mother's account *** ***) *** (This is my son's account) *** (This is my sister in law account who lives in another state) *** (This is my husband's account) Each person is an actual individual and has their own personal email address and I only have access to MY accountThe 4th is my sister in law who originally referred me and she lives over miles away so how they can even attach that to me seems like a breach of her privacy and I'll be sure to let her know as well so she can also proceed with a formal complaint against the company
