I have had an account for over years, I remember referring one family member and receiving one cash back bonus one time, I have an adult daughter who lives with me and had an account years ago but not anymore, another adult daughter with an account who does not live with me and one other adult daughter who lives with me and has her own account, we all have had our accounts cancelled and my over $** cash back is being held and I get an email saying because I refereed family members and that is fraudEven the money I transferred to my Ebates account from *** is being taken from me which I did not earn on Ebates and I am sorry I did that but *** had an offer to transfer your money to Ebates for a $** bonus and my check would be issued in August but even that money has been takenEbates should make it clear that you can't refer family members in or out of your home and taking money that I earn and also transferred from *** is wrong

Ebates was advertising an offer that if you ordered an apple watch with *** you would get $cash backIn mid Sept I ordered *** ***I then attempted to order a 3rd apple watch through Ebates and *** on 9/Apparently according to Ebates that were unable to get in touch with *** and then ultimately tried to tell me that this offer didn't existThe offer was specifically for *** and order an apple watch and get $cash backOrder expired 10/My wife has submitted a separate Revdex.com complaint against *** as there were "issues" on their end that caused this order to be canceledWe continued to pursue the issue with both *** and Ebates but were unseccussful in getting our now $cash back for apple watchesEbates did add $to my account to try to resolve the issue, however that is no where near the $that I am owedEbates does not feel they need to honor this offer that was very clear$cash back for the purchase of an *** ***

If the Ebates logo hadn't popped up while I was shopping, offering double rewards etc., I would not have chosen those particular storesA *** rebates check is not worth spending hundreds or thousands of dollars online for purchases!
This Company is a scam.They breach Privacy Policies.They Share and Sell personal information overseas and abroad,here in the USAIt is important to note, that the company Changes settings immediately on your phone and email.They make it so you cannot even screenshot a picture of the product that your are interested in buying.I noticed immediate privacy breach within seconds of signing up to their services.In the event you deny them permission to view,delete etc.etcyour own emails.They automatically shut you out.( That should tell people right away, this place is not good.Especially for the pennies that they are forced to send you because they cannot come up with a reason that could validate them not to having to give you the pennies

I don’t even want my ebates account anymore, I will find another company to get my savings from or do shopping in person

After making a high dollar purchase (over $1,300) and having received my ebates on my account, EBATEs removed by rebate before the quarterly distributions citing a defensible position on their terms and limitations to not pay out what was promisedThis is bad business ethics, if you ask me especially when the distribution was suppose to occur the same time the rebate check was supposed to be disbursedWill not recommend this to any of my friends, family, or associatesIf there was a zero star, I would provide that based on lack of integrity
