I have had a very positive experience joining Ebates Their customer service (a lost art in the U.S.) is the best If there's an issue I need help with, they respond within a day Not too many companies are like that anymore They deserve a 5-star rating as far as I'm concerned!
I have been having my ebates account for a while & I recently referred a friend from work, and my husbandI know my husband referred his dad & someone else as wellI went to log into ebates and my account is lockedMy husband said he checked his email today & they said all the accounts are linkedSo basically you can’t refer anyone you knowSo basically the referral program is non existent because even if you refer someone with a different email, different mailing address & different name, & they make a qualifying purchase then ebates disables your accountWhat a way to pay your customers back for referring people to shop with you! I don’t even want my ebates account anymore, I will find another company to get my savings from or do shopping in person

And I like their newly developed pltool very much, it's so convenient! Although occasionally it loses tracking, the customer service team will warmly help solve the issueAmong the several cashback websites nowadays, Ebates is my favorite and I'll recommend it to my friends
This Company is a scam.They breach Privacy Policies.They Share and Sell personal information overseas and abroad,here in the USAIt is important to note, that the company Changes settings immediately on your phone and email.They make it so you cannot even screenshot a picture of the product that your are interested in buying.I noticed immediate privacy breach within seconds of signing up to their services.In the event you deny them permission to view,delete etc.etcyour own emails.They automatically shut you out.( That should tell people right away, this place is not good.Especially for the pennies that they are forced to send you because they cannot come up with a reason that could validate them not to having to give you the pennies

If the Ebates logo hadn't popped up while I was shopping, offering double rewards etc., I would not have chosen those particular storesA *** rebates check is not worth spending hundreds or thousands of dollars online for purchases!

That's NOT chicken feed! Since they have upgraded their ebates toolbar button, it now REMINDS me to activate it BEFORE I check out which is totally awesome as I have forgotten many times! They have always been most helpful when I've done that on large orders at various sites and worked with me to get me that ebate money back! So I LOVE that they upgraded that button so we won't have to do that anymore but love the fact they did! A wonderful program and GREAT customer service! I can't believe they've been around for years and I've been missing out for of them! Not anymore! Have computer and internet, I'll be using Ebates!
They credit accounts in a timely manner and also have a large number and variety of vendors from which you can earn rewardsBest of all they have excellent customer serviceI used to use another very popular rewards program but they have lousy customer service and that is often a deciding factor for me as to whether or not I will patronize a business
Shopping trip was opened on 1/with ***, a rental car reservation was made with *** and travel protection was purchased in the amount of ***The rental was picked up the following day, 1/6, dropped back off by close and transaction completedHowever, it is now 1/and cash back has not been credited to Ebates accountIve emailed copies of itinerary from *** as well as information on rental, price, fees, etc, from ***Reps reply stating to wait 3-days after travel completion when this is actually a rental car which was already completedI can see such a lengthy delay for a trip, not a car reservationPlease note, a prior rental car was credited to account within a few days, there seems to be a delay on end of E-bates on this oneThe cash back amount listed is up to 10%, I do not exact amount for rental carsIn closing, please advise E-bates to credit account ASAP

We are living in one apartment and using the same address
This website thinks we are one person, so it cut down all of our referring bonus and first purchase bonus
One of my friend sent them a email to complain about this
The customer service said we could only keep one account
I would never use this website if they don't offer referring bonusThere are a lot of rebate website of offering much higher cash back and sending check any time
In this case, we've lost the high rebate we should get from other websites and wasted our precious time
Is that necessary to call the police checking our ID cards to make sure that we are not one person???
