I just signed up for EbatesI was somewhat skeptical but, wow, what a great company this is and their customer service is top notchI recommend Ebates highly!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company I use it more and more for all my shopping needs I have had one occasion to contact their customer service area The response was prompt, thorough, and completely appropriate Very happy with my affiliation with them
I have been a member of Ebates for nearly a yearOver that time I have used Ebates without any issues, over $cash back I have received through my purchases...so it has been greatHowever, on May 7th (during Ebates Brithday Celebration) during this celebration a number of stores were giving Ebates customers 15% cash back, which is awesome! So my wife and I decided to order an outdoor patio set from *** though EbatesAfter the order was placed, and the materials shipped, I noticed that I did not get my cash back in my Ebates accountI requested Ebates look into it and they "did" however they said that they had no record of me making my purchase, even though I sent them the invoice that *** sent me in response to the Ebates InquirySo this really looks shady when Ebates offers such a huge cash back holiday and then miraculously can't validate the sale on a $2,purchase
Stop using ebates, rather look for other ref site, they were good but thats past
They cheat,we had accounts, one for self and other from another person in family, different address (diff states)I ordered item using their ebates account for delivery at their address but ebates blocked both of our account says its owned by same person, took away earnings saying that it need to be ordered by same person from different machine and location which doesn't make sense, ebates is not providing special laptops for customer to make orders hence can't dedicated how order is placed, they need to specify on the site if they expect that but guess notThough they were not able to provide where they had this condition on the site that members can not use same machine for shopping, they didn't even try to verify by calling account owner rather just took away all the creditthey will soon close but I would suggest do not use Ebates as they will not credit account for many purchases and when you ask question, they will find reason to block account as they did with meIf they really wanted, they could have just called members to verify but guess they never indented to do rather just cheat customerI will be reporting this to businesses so that they remove ebates as their affiliate account and would suggest everyone having issues to do the same as one person may not make difference but when business gets complain from everyone, they will block ebatesEbates need to understand, they are in business bcos we do shopping and not other way around
I LOVE EBATES!! I was so excited when my niece introduced me to this website It is absolutely GREAT!! The representatives at Ebates have never disappointed me They are always so conscientious and courteous!! As I said before, I LOVE EBATES!!

I have been using Ebates for years50% of the time, I have to follow up with them and provide copies of my purchasesIt is a real hassleOn and December I made two separate purchases (for $1,each) from a store through Ebates and was offered 10% and 14% off these two purchases on these datesI even have screen shots of the message that flashed on the screen that stated my cash back would be in my account in hours! I had to start doing this because of all the problems with EbatesEbates never gave the cash backAll of the items have been returned to the store because I would not have bought them if the rebate was not offeredEbates keeps telling me they are waiting to hear back from the store about these purchasesI contacted the store and they said they have no deals with EbatesThey stated they work with *** for rebates...but not EbatesAfter years of struggling with EbAtes, I am done and switching to another Rebate website that offers twice in rebates what Ebates offers and will match any rebate offer out thereThe amount of work it takes to get your rebate from Ebates in not worth it
