Ebates refunds a percentage of purchases made through their site or claim they doI repeatedly have problems with them refusing to honor the terms of their agreement, making vague claims that "the order was attributed to another site" or some other excuseThis happens even when you take special care to ensure there is NOTHING else which can conflictThe latest example is a $purchase at HP*** that should have resulted in an 8% rebate ($55.19)
EBates uses deception and ever-changing categories to make earning cash back difficult to ensureI placed an order for a cell phone with 4% cash back and they did not award it because it was not an included categoryThat category wasn't listed but electronics wasI'm supposed to know that they don't include cell phones under electronics?

I'm very frustrated with Ebates latelyMy Cash Back never automatically updates in my account, and I've had to contact Ebates each time to get it applied correctlyI'm currently extremely upset about a $cruise purchase from *** which has been denied cash back due to "we found that the order was attributed to another site that partners with this store." Ebates is the only rebate partner I use, and no coupon codes were used that should have invalidated my cash back

Ebates is a wonderful company that follows through on all it's promises If one of my cashback payments doesn't appear in my account, all I need to do is notify them, and it is promptly placed in my account while they investigate further with the merchant I get my check right on time I've told many friends about Ebates; everyone should join!
Honest, Fair, committed with Exceptional Customer service I love this company and the cash back is such an amazing incentive I always shop on-line anyway and will continue to do so for almost everything because of EBates

I have had an account for over years, I remember referring one family member and receiving one cash back bonus one time, I have an adult daughter who lives with me and had an account years ago but not anymore, another adult daughter with an account who does not live with me and one other adult daughter who lives with me and has her own account, we all have had our accounts cancelled and my over $** cash back is being held and I get an email saying because I refereed family members and that is fraudEven the money I transferred to my Ebates account from *** is being taken from me which I did not earn on Ebates and I am sorry I did that but *** had an offer to transfer your money to Ebates for a $** bonus and my check would be issued in August but even that money has been takenEbates should make it clear that you can't refer family members in or out of your home and taking money that I earn and also transferred from *** is wrong
On April 19th, I had the occasion to deal with Customer Service - Dustin to be exactHe was amazing! He could not have been more understanding, helpful & professionalThe Customer Service was starI am a loyal Ebates customer for life!!
Ebates promises a check every months with my cash backIn August 4th, they claimed to have mailed my check, worth $***I have not yet received the check, I wrote to their customer service and they told me to wait, and still no checkI wrote again and they said they will mail another check on October 9thThat is TWO months late, I should have received my money long ago, and waiting until October is NOT acceptable, when they promise to deliver the money on a set date, in this case AugustI want them to transfer that pending money to my *** account, which I have tied in my ebates account, I will not wait for the check, because it seems that they keep "loosing" them on the mail
