I'm very frustrated with Ebates latelyMy Cash Back never automatically updates in my account, and I've had to contact Ebates each time to get it applied correctlyI'm currently extremely upset about a $cruise purchase from *** which has been denied cash back due to "we found that the order was attributed to another site that partners with this store." Ebates is the only rebate partner I use, and no coupon codes were used that should have invalidated my cash back
I love Ebates and have earned cashback totaling over $since I joined a year ago just for using it to shop at stores and websites I would shop at anyway The app also automatically applies coupons at checkout There is no downside as far as I'm concernedHighly recommend it
I have been a member of their cashback program for more than yearsI do a lot of online shopping and like earning cashback while shoppingRecently they terminated my account (*** *** *** ***) and refused to payout my cashback balance of $***I have been contacting them several times asking for an explanationEach time they responses with reply no more than sentences after several daysThe most recent response from their Member Operations Supervisor ***, which contains only three sentences, claimed that my purchase is in direct violation of the merchants terms of use and they would not payout my cashback balanceBut how I am in violation of the terms, they won't tell! All the purchases I made through their links are valid and legit and I have all the invoices for those orders as evidenceI don't see any violation of the terms at allThey simply don't have the right to keep the money that don't belong to them with poor excuses like thatI am requesting payout
I clicked through from Ebates to *** on two separate occasionsI used no other add-on, plor coupon that was not automatically applied via *** (no way to remove)I was told I would not receive the cash back that was due me because they state I used something besides EbatesI did not and this is not the first time this has happened with EbatesThis is unacceptableIf the company does not want to provide cash-back then they can removed themselves from the listUntil this is the case- using it correctly should be rewarded with the expected cash back
Ebates is a great website, it's a super way to earn cash back while shopping at websites you use all the timeThere are no gimmicks, no catchesCustomer service is outstanding also
These guys are great! They have wonderful customer service and they deliver REAL money, not just %off of thingscash in hand They are fast to respond to emails too
Ebates promises a check every months with my cash backIn August 4th, they claimed to have mailed my check, worth $***I have not yet received the check, I wrote to their customer service and they told me to wait, and still no checkI wrote again and they said they will mail another check on October 9thThat is TWO months late, I should have received my money long ago, and waiting until October is NOT acceptable, when they promise to deliver the money on a set date, in this case AugustI want them to transfer that pending money to my *** account, which I have tied in my ebates account, I will not wait for the check, because it seems that they keep "loosing" them on the mail
Ebates is a wonderful company that follows through on all it's promises If one of my cashback payments doesn't appear in my account, all I need to do is notify them, and it is promptly placed in my account while they investigate further with the merchant I get my check right on time I've told many friends about Ebates; everyone should join!

Honest, Fair, committed with Exceptional Customer service I love this company and the cash back is such an amazing incentive I always shop on-line anyway and will continue to do so for almost everything because of EBates
