I love this business! Customer service is always helpful and quick to respond I've had to contact them on two separate occasions and they have responded the same day to resolve my issues It is a great way to earn rewards for your purchases!

I was initially pleased when the first lure paid off and I received a $Walmart gift card as promisedHowever, since I joined about two months ago, I'm appalled to see that there is most certainly an ongoing deception and scam with this companySpecifically, the cash back percentage indicated through the browser extension at the time of purchase NEVER MATERIALIZES - instead, you get a lower amount than what was promisedI've made multiple purchases in the past couple of months and EVER SINGLE TIME the cash back I received was noticeable lowerWhile the individual amounts aren't enormous, they certainly add upFor me, personally, I estimate that Ebates has shortchanged me by at least 30% of what I was supposed to get this month aloneMultiply that by who knows how many site-wide users and this really seems like a very, very shady and unethical way to do business
What makes the whole thing even more suspicious is the lengthy, ridiculously complicated way that Ebates expects you to detail the issues you have with a payout that isn't in the amount that you should be gettingThey very obviously realize that most people won't have the time to deal with that and then they get away with it
Case in point: this month alone, I noticed a discrepancy in the cash back both per transaction and listed as "pending" on my Ebates account for a total of more than half a dozen purchasesEbates expects you to send them the EXACT DETAILS of each transaction, including the order confirmation, break down of each item ordered etc - basically everything - for each transaction you have a problem withIn my case, I would have to do that or more times, each time going through the same customer service contact form
I've also noticed that the notifications I get in my email don't match with what comes up on the browser extension, and the amount varies even with the notifications of the extension itselfMine went down by over $earlier today for no apparent reason - no payout has been made
Last but not least: I've fallen prey to the very same scam they've been running with a pmessage that tell you that you're going to get $for referring person and that person gets $What they don't tell you is that (a) you don't get anything unless that person makes a purchase and (b) there's a tiered scale based on which you *supposedly* get the rewardTalk about complete misrepresentation!!
BOTTOM LINE: use with extreme caution, keep tabs on everything because chance are they're basically ripping everyone offPersonally, I'll see how things turn out in the next couple of days...but if this keeps happening that I'm not getting anywhere near the amount of cash back promised, I'm pulling the plug

I had a problem trying to make a purchase online using the Ebates website wherein the vendor's site would not work for the buy one get one free items I was trying to purchase, but it worked on the vendor's website onlyThe Ebates customer service representative had me to place the order on the vendor's website and submit my order number, purchase date, price breakdown, and shipping amount and forward that information back to him, and my order was applied to my Ebates account I received my 4% Ebates cash back and have been relieved of my frustrationsI'm a happy shopper now

I love ebates! Since I shop online a great deal, shopping through ebates, is a "no brainer" I have received substantial money in back ebates checksThe checks always arrive quarterly, as promised
Recently, I found an ebates check from last year that I had misplaced and never cashedThe check says "void after days" and it was well past days I contacted ebates customer service just to see if they would consider replacing the check They responded quickly and positively, once they verified that I indeed had not cashed the checkI could not have been more please with the customer service

Customer service is not needed often, but when it is, I find it to be quick and accurate as well as pleasant

I bought a laptop thru BestBuy.*** but laptops are excluded from cash backI did not know about this because never read the exclusionsTime passed and I did not see the cash back and asked customer service why I did not get itThey explained that to me, but as a courtesy they gave me the cash back, even though it is explicit in the BestBuy*** cash back rules

Of course it's a great app to earn "free money" butEBATES has a FANTASTIC customer support team! They are friendly and go above & beyond to help resolve any issuesTheir support team is every bit as great as getting the Big Fat Check!!!! I definitely recommend anyone and everyone try this out! You won't be disappointed!
