Ive been using Ebates for quite some time now, and just last week used Ebates Hotels for our recent travel We actually reserved a double deluxe room with kitchen, but upon arrival the hotel made a mistake and only had standards available After reaching out to Ebates customer service, they were able to go above and beyond my expectations to make the situation better The hotel made the mistake, but Ebates basically covered for there error and made it right I have already booked another trip with them

I started Ebates during online Christmas shopping and could not believe how easy it was to earn moneyI then noticed last week that it could be used on AmazonI am an Amazon Prime member so this was thrilling to me

I am a long standing member of EbatesEbates advertised a referral program in which you will receive a $bonus for each new member who makes a qualifying $purchaseThey also advertised a new member bonus of $which would be credited to the new member upon completing a qualifying $purchaseI referred quite a few people; family, friends and employees all of whom signed up for their own accounts, using their own personal informationEach of my referrals completed their purchases for which I received the referral bonus and they each received the new member bonus as well as their cash backIn total, I was to receive $for my personal shopping trips and bonuses which is to be paid out on May 15, I was contacted by one of my referrals, stating that her account had been deactivated and that her bonus and cash back had been taken awayUpon investigation, I found that my account as well as my referrals accounts had also been deactivatedI immediately contacted Ebates

Ebates deactivated my account, my boyfriend's account, including my family's accountThey think I am a re-seller, and asked me to provide re-seller info because I bought a lot of thingsHowever, I am NOT a re-sellerI do not have any online selling account or retail storeSecond, I just like buying stuffs when promotion comesThey asked me to provide each of my order confirmation email, which I searched my mailbox, and listed one by oneBUT, after they receive the confirmation, they still think I am a re-sellerI do not understand why so hard to talk to them??? I’ve only been with Ebates for a month or so!!! Simple, no brainer...if it’s products you’re gonna buy anyway, why not get a little money back??!! I’ve already been informed as to how much my first check will be!!! Customer service is awesome...my welcome bonus did not show up so I sent an email, they looked into it and credited my account...all within hours!!! Highly recommend using this service!

I used Ebates' service to do online shopping and earn cash back in returnFrom August to November I accumulated over $*** cash back in my Ebates accountThey promised to send my payment on 11/However, they refused to pay me and confiscated all my accumulated cash back after one weekThey claim that SOME of my orders were invaild (e.gthese orders were cancelled by the merchant) and they determined to terminate my membership and not pay me a penny AT ALLWhile some of my orders were indeed invalid because of the unforeseeable cancellation of orders, I did not actively exploit this loophole, and a large percentage of my purchases were legitimateI have already sent in the evidence that these purchases are valid, but they simple refuse to take a look at these documentsCommission of these purchases were paid to Ebates (and a portion of the commission was supposed to be handed over to me)Now Ebates is playing thievery not paying me the money they supposed to payI will

My problem starts with trusting Ebates to honor there policy's, IPurchased from *** *** new led tv I it stated when I order it that I would get 10% of purchaseid price from Ebates , but they failed to honor my crys for *** dollars I been a member of Ebates since 4/21/never had any problems my now don't even answer me properly I send them emails , they keep telling me they are waiting For dell.com payment , I ask why they have tracking information on there site , you must go to their site first before ordering , if this is cleared up soon I will leave Ebates I hate unnecessary head aches , they are other company's offing the same service , *** business is now Appreciated maybe Ebates got to big Thanks

I made an account on ebates.comThey had a promotion stating you'd get a free ***t gift card worth $** when you spend over $***I spent $** at *** * ** back in November and never received the gift cardI've emailed their customer service multiple timesI emailed them on 11/asking where it was because I received an email saying it had been sent and could take up to two weeks to be deliveredOkay, fineTwo weeks went by and I mentioned something to which I was told sometimes it takes up to weeks to comeIt's been weeks since my last inquiry, and about 7-weeks since the actual purchase was madeIt's clear they're doing this as a scam to get business and never plan on sending out the gift cardI want the gift card I was promised to receive to actually be deliveredIt's unfair to scam people into shopping with you and never giving them what you promisedI'm really disappointed and planned on shopping with them again but after this incident I will not

I've been shopping via Ebates for several years and couldn't be happier about doing soThe quarterly "big fat check" is a very nice bonusI've contacted Customer Service several times either with a question or about a rebate not received on a purchaseThe response has always been prompt, courteous, helpful, and professionalIn my experience, they're a wonderful company, and what's not to like about receiving a check for shopping

The fine print is that one ebates account per per "address" not personMe and my roomate both have one ebate account but because its under the same address, guess what both accounts were cloesed in violationThere should be a limit per address say or not one
