Hello,Initial diagnoses was done by a third party servicer on 11/who determined: "Unit is currently using an extended drain hose going under the floor to the basementMissing loop, kissing support bracketsDue to the weight of the water inside the hose and the lack of support it caused hose to crack in the middle".It would appear the problem was due to installationThere was a part needed to correct the installation and it was backordered at the timeDec 28th shows this was corrected and the hose was replaced by Bosch BSH Home AppliancesMain StSte 600Irvine, CA

Hello, [redacted] advised customer support he continued to use the MW quite often while it sparked, advising [redacted] , "as an example might use it times and it sparks of those times"The sparking was caused by a magetron tube that had worn outThe customers admitted continued use while sparking caused the waveguide to melt Magneton tubes wear out and waveguides can break down over timeThe specific design of the microwave keeps all radio wave transmission (microwaves) with in the oven cavitySparking is not indicative that radio transmissions are escaping the cavityAt no time have we placed the consumer in a hazardous stateThe unit is years old making it years outside of warrantyThe representative did not need to cover the cost of the call, but did so out of goodwillThe representative also asked for the reciept to see if management would offer any assistanceThis again exceeds the expectation of something that is years outside warrnty The customer has not been able to provide a receiptWe are delighted [redacted] went above and beyond by exceeding customer service applications in her endeavors to assist the consumerPlease be advised [redacted] Corporate has reveiwed [redacted] ***'s request to replace the MW however, at years outside of its year warranty, we will not offer any other concessions [redacted] ***Executive LiaisonMain StSte 600Irvine, CA

The Executive office is in receipt of Mr [redacted] 's concerns regarding his Thermador refrigerator column The customer's case has been thoroughly investigated and properly reviewed by the Executives Mr [redacted] 's refrigerator has gone years without any issues with this specific model Thermador scheduled a factory trained technician to come out and diagnosis an issue with yellow discoloration around the inside frameThe customer did not pay for the diagnosis in which the appliance is outside of the warranty period It was determined that the appliance is functioning and cooling, the technician determined that the condenser fan motor would need to be replaced and the power module This is an issue with a part failure and not any parts being disconnectedThe issue is strictly a cosmetic one; the appliance is cooling and functioning Thermador has extended an offer of goodwill to cover the parts cost for the customer and he would need to pay for laborThe customer refused the offer, so we re-reviewed his request We have now extended a generous offer to Prorate the customer into another refrigerator based off the fact he has used the appliance with no issues for yearsThe customer feels he should get a better offer or a prorate at a lower amount The Executive office respectfully declines to offer any lower amount and the Prorate offer still stands or the customer can proceed with the repair for the appliance

I've purchased Bosh oven Model HBL845UC/with serial FD number [redacted] in November After running the self-clean cycle for the first time, I've noticed burnt grease on the inside of the inner door glass I called Bosch for warranty repair and they opened the case No [redacted] ? and gave me phone numbers of repair businesses in my area First repair person from [redacted] said that this is and all ovens do that, though my old GE that I replaced with this Bosch didn't do it for yearsI called Bosch again and they recommended to call [redacted] ***, which inspected the oven and told me that the glass needs to be replaced, but they need Bosch's approvalAbout a week later [redacted] sent me an email informing me that Bosch declined warranty service and if I want the glass replaced I have to pay $I called Bosch and they reconfirmed the warranty refusal, stating that the repairman's report says that the grease is on the outside of the glass, which what
