I have been with WSJ for 6 years now, and I have never had this problem until I moved to Tallahassee, Florida. The carriers here are unreliable and WSJ does nothing to make sure the newspaper is delivered. WSJ has missed the delivery of my newspaper more than 15 times in the last two months. I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and they started to deliver the paper regularly. After about two weeks (now) they started to miss deliveries again, and the only thing they will allow me to do is speak to a customer service representative, rather than contact the local carrier. THe weekend newspapers are significantly more expensive than the weekly papers, and they continue to miss these. I even received a different newspaper all together (New York Times) last week. WSJ does nothing to follow through with their carriers.I want the timely delivery of my newspaper daily.

It has taken five phone calls and resorting to contacting the Revdex.com to get my non-delivery taken seriously. The service has improved somewhat, but yesterday I received a copy of USA TODAY instead of my paid for subscription to the Wall Street Journal. This means some other subscriber did not get his/her copy of USA Today. On a previous occasion I found a copy of the NY Times delivered along with WSJ.I fail to see what the difficulty is in conducting what is really a paper route that children used to work at and probably with less failure to provide the required service in an accurate and timely manner than the "corporate" entity that seems to be in charge now.When my subscription ends -- and I will expect the WSJ to keep its word to extend my subscription for the entire 30 DAY PERIOD (from 2/**/17 to 03/**/17 when there was NO delivery of any kind -- I will not renew. I love the WSJ but the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired.[redacted]
