The subscribers account shows no history of any agents being in the account.  Attempted to reach the subscriber 9:10am 7/**/17 and there was no answer.  The subscribers concern is rectified. Please close.

We have reviewed the account history and have reversed the charge from April 20th for a full refund. The account is cancelled effective immediately, however they may continue to receive delivery for the next two days.

We have been constantly working with the delivery team in this area to resolve these delivery concerns. I havent recieved my newspaper all week. I submitted complaints to Dow Jones today and yesterday, but I have been through this many times and I would like delivery uninterrupted. I have a neighbor who lives in the building next to me who I check with each time I dont have my paper delivered, and she still gets hers. This has been going on for months now, Dow Jones misses at least one delivery a week. I would like a phone call from someone who can tell me what the issue is, and who can tell me how to resolve this without going through teh Revdex.com every other week.

It does not take 10 days for a refund to show up on my billing statement. I don't believe the Company has, in fact, resolved my complaint. When they have submitted the refund to my credit card company, it would show up significantly faster than 10 days — I know this from dealings with other merchants. The delay is on the part of this business, Dow Jones/Wall Street Journal. I continue to be completely underwhelmed by their attention to customer service and highly disappointed that my concern has not been resolved, and is now going on about 24 days despite the business having assured both me and the Revdex.com that the error was theirs and theirs alone. Furthermore, the "glitch", as they called it, happened in January, and I discovered it on my own. I can't imagine I'm the only consumer who was overcharged and wonder whether the Wall Street Journal has notified any of the others. Incredibly disappointing.

When all subscriptions are started subscribers are prompted to read our subscriber terms and conditions. Within that notice it states all subscriptions will automatically be charged at the renewal date. In order to activate an account subscribers need to confirm they have read these terms and...

conditions.We contacted the subscriber directly to address his concerns. Please be advised the concern is rectified.

The only WSJ product that would be an authorized vendor would be the Kindle app. If you purchased a subscription from someone on [redacted] that would be a fraudulent account.  This was not purchased from Dow Jones and we do not have access to whomever sold you this fraudulent account on [redacted]....

 I would contact [redacted] if you paid with [redacted] and advise them of the concern. If the subscriber is interested in signing up for WSJ through an authorized vendor please visit wsj.com

The terms and conditions include canceling the account at renewal on monthly and quarterly billing. The subscriber has been contacted via email and the concern has been resolved.

Revdex.com:Dow Jones/Wall Street Journal makes it very easy to sign up for a trial subscription but makes it very difficult to cancel. After this complaint they did refund my money, therefore I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

The subscriber spoke with one of our agents and confirmed they have been receiving the paper.

We will be processing your refund and will be sending you an email with the additional information.

Dear [redacted], We have reviewed your account and do see that there was a duplicate European and American subscription from 2013. We will be issuing a refund for the duplicate American account from April 2013 to present. The total refund amount is $726.94 and this will be applied to the [redacted]...

on file ending in [redacted]. There have been two refunds issued previously back to the card totaling $59.98 which equals a combined total refund of $786.92. I will be sending an email as well with all of this information as well as our contact information for future reference. The refund should post back to the [redacted] within 7-10 business days.

All charges for subscriber are appropriate charges and will not be refunded. Subscriber signed up for an [redacted] ultimate package offer for $28.99 for the first 3 months and then renewed at $32.99 monthly. No previous contact by customer to cancel subscription .

The customer has notified Revdex.com that this matter has been resolved.

 This is the same response that I have been receiving for the past three weeks.  Everytime I call they say they have contacted the "delivery manager" for my area and assured me that the papers will stop.  They still continue.   Three weeks to get something you didn't want or pay for is absurd.  I think the peiple who should be more upset are your actual customers who are paying a lot of money for their paper and yet you are wasting your resouses in my driveway daily.
