Though all subscribers are notified that the subscription charges are non-refundable, we have made an exception and refunded the $12.49 charged to the subscriber. Please advise the subscriber to allow 7-10 business days for processing of this refund.

previous correspondence, please be advised that Frost Brown Todd LLC represents
Joseph Chevrolet ("Joseph") in the above referenced matter. Joseph
has reviewed the numerous complaints and follow-up correspondence from [redacted]
regarding his decision to lease a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro. [redacted] claims
that he is entitled to some recovery because he initially wanted a 2014
Chevrolet Camaro, which had been sold before he arrived at the Joseph lot. As
we have previously indicated, we found none of [redacted]'s recommended
resolutions, all of which would award [redacted] with a new 2015 Chevrolet
Camaro at the price of a used 2014 Chevrolet Camaro, to be acceptable. Despite
these issues, Joseph is willing to make one final attempt at resolving this
matter. Joseph will offer [redacted] 10% off of the next service of his 2014
Chevrolet Camaro at the dealership.

Please be advised we mailed the second check out on 7/**/17. We will advise accounting that you did not get the check again. We will cancel the old check and resend again.

All subscriptions are on auto-renewal. This is stated at the time of purchase of subscriptions. If purchased online, the subscriber is also required to check off they read and agree to the terms and conditions in order for the account to be created. Since the subscriber called the same day of...

Re:      [redacted] Complaint, ID No. [redacted] As discussed in our previous correspondence, please be advised that [redacted] represents Joseph Chevrolet ("Joseph") in the above referenced matter. Joseph has reviewed Mr. [redacted] rebuttal regarding his lease of a 2015 Chevy Cruze. Mr. [redacted] rebuttal merely restates the original allegations contained in his Complaint. Joseph previously responded to those allegations in detail. Because the factual allegations remain unchanged, Joseph will simply refer to its previous response. Further, the relevant portion of that response is included in the next paragraph. Joseph disagrees with many of the allegations contained in Mr. [redacted] account of the events that took place. As Mr. [redacted] indicated, he came to Joseph based on the advertisement for a specific model of Chevrolet Cruze. However, the vehicle that Mr. [redacted] ultimately decided to lease was a different model with many more features and options, which, Mr. [redacted] admits, resulted in a higher cost. After selecting the vehicle, Joseph inquired as to how much Mr. [redacted] was interested in putting down on the vehicle. At that time Joseph had not quoted a price. Mr. [redacted] replied that he was interested in putting down $1,500. That was the amount offered by Mr. [redacted] and was not suggested by anyone at Joseph. After making the final calculations, Joseph determined Mr. [redacted] monthly payment totaled $201.23 after his $1,500 down payment. At no point did Joseph make any representations as to a lower cost on this transaction. Mr. [redacted] made no objections to that price, made the down payment and signed all the necessary paperwork to conclude the transaction. Finally, Joseph has reviewed Mr. [redacted] most recent settlement offer, but again must refuse to accept it. As with his previous offer, Mr. [redacted] simply wants a $1,500 refund, which Joseph is unwilling to provide. Mr. [redacted] noted that he received a settlement offer of $600 from [redacted].
