Ms *** pick her vehicle up on 7/19/part of the delay was there were two insurnce companies and both had add ons

This has reached our escalations teamThe Regional and Circulation Managers have been made aware of this issue and are investigating the subscribers concernsIn addition we will be providing the subscriber direct contact information for future reference should another problem arise or persist

We confirmed sub called in and what happened with the systemThe sub has been contacted via the email providedconcern is rectified
