(the "Complaint"), and promptly conducted a brief investigation
regarding the incident in questionIn response
to the Complaint, Joseph states
the following:On March 26, 2015, *** *** came to Joseph in
her own vehicleMarch was a rainy dayAs *** *** exited her vehicle,
she slipped on the wet running board of her vehicle and fellIt is unclear to
us whether *** *** was injured or, if so, whether anyone at Joseph was aware
of her injuriesWe do understand that *** *** for some reason feels that
Joseph is responsible for her medical bills.Joseph received *** *** Complaint on July
1, Legal counsel for Joseph then began attempting to ascertain
information about *** ***'s injuriesCounsel attempted to call *** ***
on two occasionsShe has not returned our calls.Joseph desires to resolve this matter in a
collaborative manner and is more than willing to work with the RevDex.com and *** *** to reach a satisfactory resolution.Please contact me

Thank you for relaying this concern to us We have notified the circulation manager in charge of delivery to this area about this issue They will work to ensure that the carrier is delivering the paper to the appropriate subscriber and no longer to your specific address
Within a week's time, this issue should be resolved

The subscriber had to check off they agree to the terms and conditions in order for accounts to be processedWithin those terms and conditions it states all subscriptions need to be canceled via phone, the subscriber agreed to these terms by checking off they read them and agree to
them. The subscribers concerns have been addressed and they have been emailed directly

I am compelled to clarify on the statement providedMy previous account #*** I have dated emails(which I can provide) from 07/**/& 09/**/2016: stating that my ongoing delivery issues will be taken care of and that if applicable my account/subscription creditedAfter this I frankly became disinterested in the coand the serviceMore recently on 08/**/is when I complained yet again after paying for a subscription renewal on 07/**/2017, through an online chat representativeI say this because I'm finding it extremely frustrating that this cosomehow expects to be contacted even more than I already have on an issue I have expressed in detail multiple times, and on something they said would be taken care ofSince my complaint with the Revdex.com, until now 09/**/I have received sparse delivery of my newspapers, with only a handful of them being "The Wall Street Journal", while the rest have again somehow been a local newspaper called "The Morning Call" to which I have not nor do I have a subscription ofThis was an issue last year to which neither of the co.'s, the local paper or the wsj understood why it was happeningThis ordeal is testing my patience and frankly I don't find complaints are working or are being taken seriouslyAgain, I just want my newspaper, that I have paid for as was offered by the Wall Street Journal before I decided to take them up on their promotion.

We have contacted the Carrier Manager and the distributors to further investigate delivery issues and will contact subscriber to further assist

The account number provided, and the address on file reflect an account that has not had any charges made to it since 1/**/We do see the subscriber contacted a rep about missed papers and the subscriber was extended for the time missed alreadyWe also attempted to reach the subscriber via phone
in case they have a different account

Our records show that the client's account underwent a recent investigation into their delivery issues On June ***, 2015, a circulation manager noted that the delivery contractor in the clients area was aware of the delivery issues and was working to resolve the issues This action
comes after the stated non-delivery dates as listed by the client In addition, for the client's recent experience, a two week extension has been given on the account
