Why must I be victimized by them?

The subscribers account shows no contacts at all prior to July when we advised the terms and conditions included having to call in to cancelThe account has been canceledThe subscribers concerns have been addressed and we contacted the subscriber via email

We tried both new and used to help the ***'s and for the payment they were asking for we could not get a bank to help us so they were unable to buy new or used

When you sign up for the subscription we charge a credit cardThe credit card takes time to processWe can not cancel within mins of charging a credit card as were waiting for the charge to clearPlease be advised this account was canceled the as soon as the account was done processing

industry due to carrier turnover and availabilityWe reached out to the Circulation Manager in your area to advised that the carrier delivery should stop immediately.In an effort to compensate for your troubles, we have added an additional three months to both of your subscriptionsPlease be advised we cannot extend your subscription for a full year as they were credited for all the missed deliveries reportedWe have included the link to our subscriber agreement for your reference.***Once again we would like to offer our sincere apologies for all these inconveniences

We spoke to the sub via phone earlierThe subscriber paid Google directly, we can not see any billing through googleThey need to contact GoogleWe can not see any money sent to GoogleWe can not refund any money that went to google because we dont have Googles billing records. This case is closed, Dow Jones CAN NOT see any billing that went to Google

At the time of sign up all subscribers have to click they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of automatic renewal and the cancellation processWe do not see this phone number calling in to reference this account before 9/**/call Subscribers concerns are rectified

I spoke to someone at the Wall Street Journal customer service last Wednesday or ThursdayThey indicated that they were taking my account off hold and I would be getting the first paper again within two daysI received one paper on Monday and that is itI live at a single family home with a drive so it is not a matter of neighbors taking the paperThe online customer service system for the Wall Street Journal continues to show that I received delivery through September and August but Monday's paper is the only delivery in that time or since I contacted the customer service last weekI again ask for a refund of the money that I have left on the accountThank you, *** ***

We are open on Saturday at the same number the subscriber contacted us on, on Monday Per our subscriber agreement, that was agreed upon at sign up, all subscriptions are automatically renewed and nonrefundable while on monthly billing. The subscriber has been contacted directly at
the email provided and concerns have been fully addressed
