Some of the best burgers I've ever had.
I love Burger King so much. Love them love them love them. Very healthy food and I dare say their Big Whoppers serve as my artistic muse. The employees are always kind and helpful. The fries are the best on the market. The stuff is all affordable too! I recommend it to all my friends, and their friends too. Eat at Burger King, please I beg you. Support this amazing company.

Dear Mr [redacted] [redacted] is an independent contractor who we worked with last yearWe began receiving phone calls from concerned customers about his demeanor, we also noticed a change in his behaviorIt got to the point where he couldn't come into the office soberwe kindly informed him that his service were no longer required, he was able to find an alarm dealer to work with, and to the best of our knowledge, another satellite dealer as well.We began receiving phone calls from our customers in early May, they would claim to have signed up with [redacted] for satellite, with the promise of saving moneyNot only was he unable to save them money, but left them owing hundreds of dollars in early cancellation feesWe contacted [redacted] and [redacted] to have [redacted] put on the blacklist, in an attempt to prevent him from pulling this scam on other people, but unfortunately the damage had already been doneOur company spent over five hundred dollars sending our customers a Buyer Beware letter warning them of his scamwe have also instructed victims to call the police and fill out a police report, here are a few examples:San Joaquin County Sheriff case# [redacted] Modesto City Police case# [redacted] The pending case in Modesto is in regards to nearly $30,in stolen fundswe are working with multiple police agencies, in an attempt to get this criminal off of the streetswe have been successful in helping our victimized customers terminate their new satellite contracts with no early-termination feesUnfortunately for Mr [redacted] he is going to have to get a hold of [redacted] in regards to his alarm system, Direct Network Communications is not an alarm dealer.If there is anything we can do in the future to help, don't hesitate to let us know[redacted] CEO at Direct Network Communications

I stood in line for over minutes waiting in the lobby as the supervisor for the Burger King whole the manager took another complaint orderI politely asked the supervisor if there was another representative that could please take my order after standing there for more than minutes, the supervisor Rudely explained there was no one else to take my order The supervisor Then indicated to me that they were here first, and it is what it isI expressed to the supervisor my frustration after standing in line for more than minutes and she showed no concern or sympathyMy experience with this Burger King has been awful and I would never go to this facility ever againReceiving this type of customer service especially from a supervisor is very sad! even when I expressed to the supervisor that I was leaving, she shown no reguard and rolled her eyes and proceeded to continue with that complaint There was only one person at the register, and that was a supervisor and it was when it is dinner time, that alone shows me the unprofessionalism within the company to not have proper staffingWhen I asked the supervisor if another person in the back please take the order, she said no which made no sense to meThis experience has really taught me a valuable lesson with Burger King, never go to that location again! We feel that we addressed all of the customer's concerns in our first response, and feel that the customer completely ignored the fact that she signed a contract and that the terms were made clear to herWe will honor the customer's request to cancel and will process the cancellation immediatelyWe feel that this should resolve the matter for now

To Whom It May Concern: On January 5, Mr [redacted] signed up for our marketing services because his business listing wasn’t ranking on the InternetDuring our presentation we explained that [redacted] looks at a variety of factors when ranking a business online, including NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number), citations, and reviewsWe advised Mr [redacted] that we would be conducting a baseline report and begin working on his listing once that was complete On January 12, we sent Mr [redacted] his baseline report which listed many inconsistencies across multiple online directoriesWe also found that Mr [redacted] had multiple listings with [redacted] using different business addressesDuplicate listings are frowned upon by [redacted] and the solution is to cancel or merge the listings so that the business listing is not impacted negativelySo, we merged Mr***’s two listings and updated his address so that it reflected his true locationThis can be viewed by searching for “ [redacted] in [redacted] ***”Mr [redacted] claims that in six months he has “never received any correspondence from them, no updates, no emails and no calls”; however, we have documentation showing that we have sent him over ten emails that he has opened, viewed, and in some cases responded toWe’ve also spoken to Mr [redacted] on at least six occasionsIf necessary we can provide copies of all our email correspondence and exact times and dates of each phone callAs of today, we have listed Mr***’s listing on [redacted] , ***, [redacted] and have created a total of citationsSo, we are not in breach of our contract in any wayAs a courtesy and to help remedy this matter we would like to offer a credit of $149, which will offset the first monthly charge made to Mr***’s accountBeyond that we feel that no further refunds are warranted as it is clear that we have provided the services as per our contractPlease notify us if further documentation is neededSincerely, Staylisted

My husband and I went to get a milkshake from Burger KingThe shake was 3/full and my husband asked for a bigger size and they told him it was a largeHe then asked if they could fill it up with more shakeThat's when the "manager" Kevin turned around and started speaking in Spanish to another employee about my husband being stupidTo which I respond that I speak Spanish and I understand what he saidHe then gives us a shake that is 1/full of whip creamHe takes my husbands card and slams the window shutKevin was so rude, refused to tell me his name until he knew we weren't leaving till he showed us his name tagI'm not one to write complaints but this service was highly unacceptableEverytime I go to this Burger King I'm given bad service but this experience was flat out disrespect
