Review: I used drive thru for my order. I ordered 20 piece chicken Nuggets, large french fries, and 2 Whoppers. When I get to window 1, I showed them my e-gift card, the cashier is not knowledgeable to use it. We talk for like 5 mins and finally he asked his manager for help. At the end, I still cant use it due to their system recently change or something. Then I went to Window #2 to pick up the food. I did confirm with them about what I ordered. When I get home to open up my orders, only 10 pieces inside instead. I looked it the receipt, they did just charge only 10 pieces price. I went back to the BK, and told them they gave me wrong order and would like to see the manager. She looked around but cant find her manager. So I waited there for 10 mins and ask her again. Finally we saw the manager, he was sleeping behind the fireplace at a open area. I explained to him the 10pieces vs 20 pieces that I would like to pay a $1 difference to get my other 10 pieces. He said " I just come back for free food, if I dont have money, he can pay for it. When he said it he had an attitude and really loud so everyone can hear it. I responded, No, I can pay for the difference. Then he yelled at me said No, we dont want your business. This behavior is horrible.Desired Settlement: Apology in person and Refund

Review: Although this complaint may seem immaterial it did cause a good amount of frustration! I ordered two sandwiches and a large fries from this location I live with 3 miles and have a busy day which I thought would be better used filing this complaint than dealing with parties that handle my food and may retaliate in an escalating manner causing illness or some other nonsense. I ordered through the drive thru, was asked to repeat my order which I did. I went to the first window to pay, was asked to repeat my order which I did. Then I received my ordered came home one sandwich short. It's not worth the gas to go back and deal with this nonsense. I called and they are so busy they put me on hold. So I will do the appropriate thing and file this complaint, hoping that enough consumers see this to impact the corporate drones and franchise owner into running a proper business. Burger King needs a makeover from the bottom up, unfortunately the closest [redacted]'s to my location is in the next town. This is the pure failure of corporate capitalism as inferior products and services are allowed in the market because artificial barriers of entry are created by lawmakers who are influenced by the lobbyists paid by the very corporations that benefit from this nonsense. Burger King goes out of its way to ensure that your regret every experience, but with so few choices and limited time and extreme barriers of entry there are no alternatives... As such these corporations cry about infringing on the free market when they have taken advantage of the free market and selected who can participate in the market and at what level. Well I will "have it my way" because I'll spend my immaterial $8 elsewhere and invest my time in researching more ways to communicate the irresponsible behavior these entities produce.Desired Settlement: Improve the infrastructure, training and processes for the employees and if it costs too much, good!!! Help people work smarter, sell better products and care more. The employees were overwhelmed and I'm sure underpaid. If you don't like it, don't go into business. Oh and I will continue to post and re-post all over the non-corporate internet until there are improvements made :)

Review: The location of Burger King is using bags for food orders that have two coupons valid until 3/28/13 for breakfast specials. One coupon is for two muffins sandwiches for $3 and othr is for a small breakfast meal for $3. The location does not honor the coupons and nor where do they tell you that they do not honor the coupon specials. Why should they give out coupons that they do not honor without telling you at the the time they give them to you?Desired Settlement: Stop distributing the bags with the coupons if you do not honor them or at least tell me at the time you give them to me that the location does not honor them.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Burger King regarding complaint ID [redacted]. The Burger King location did recently honored coupons that I received from Burger King in the mail. Thanks for your efforts.

My husband and I went to get a milkshake from Burger King. The shake was 3/4 full and my husband asked for a bigger size and they told him it was a large. He then asked if they could fill it up with more shake. That's when the "manager" Kevin turned around and started speaking in Spanish to another employee about my husband being stupid. To which I respond that I speak Spanish and I understand what he said. He then gives us a shake that is 1/3 full of whip cream. He takes my husbands card and slams the window shut. Kevin was so rude, refused to tell me his name until he knew we weren't leaving till he showed us his name tag. I'm not one to write complaints but this service was highly unacceptable. Everytime I go to this Burger King I'm given bad service but this experience was flat out disrespect.

Review: On March 15, 2013 at 09:11 PM I placed a order to Burger King for Delivery to a total of $31.05. By 10:20 I had still not received my order. At 10:22pm I receive a call stating my found would arrive in ten minutes as the driver had left. at 10:55 pm with no food delivered I called Burger King and informed them that I no longer wanted the food as they had taken almost 2 hours for delivery and that I had ordered from somewhere else. The person asked if I paid with credit card and I said yes. Very unprofessional the person on the phone. At 11:22pm Burger King shows up with the food and I tell the driver I called 30 minutes ago and said cancel the order. The person who answered the phone didn't even let their driver know adding to how unprofessional they are. I waited until March 19th to check my account to see if I was billed seeing I didn't receive any product. Burger King still charged me the $31.05 and it had posted to my account. I called BKDelvers and informed them what happened and they sent a messaged to the store telling them to put the money back in my account and it should take 5-7 business days. It is now April 1, 2013 and I have still not reeive my money back.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back. It is ridiculous that it even had to come to this but this store is very unprofessional and Burger King really needs to work on their Customer Service.

Review: I placed an order on October 4th, 2013 for my family at burger kingfor delivery. After waiting 2 hours for delivery including the food being taken to the wrong residence and the driver having the person who lived at the wrong residence call me I informed burger king that I didn't want to food and to cancel the order. I spoke with the Manager at approximately 9:14pm that day and he informed me that a refund would be submitted. It is now the 22nd of October and the money totaling $35.50 has not been refunded into my account. I called bkdelivers hotline on Friday October 18th (8 business days later) andthey said they sent a message to the manager to call me about the refund. As of today October 22nd I still have not received that call.Desired Settlement: I wish the movie refunded into my account.

Review: I have tried on numerous occasions to use gift cards, but they will not accept the gift cards. The cards are sold in locations very near the restaurant, so it's a bit puzzling why they will not accept the cards. I have also had the very same problem at their [redacted] location. It would seem to be misleading for them to carry the franchise logo, but not accept franchise logo'd payment options. I have complained on both their corporate website and their [redacted] site. I have not received any comment back from the company and I would like to know the answer to why their franchisee won't accept gift card payments.Desired Settlement: [redacted] and [redacted] locations start accepting logo'd gift cards.

Review: due to the fact e purchase 4 sandwich combo itailian chickhen filet to go I would have shown my outrage more then my christian ways allow the chicken sandwiches were dry within the meat as in over cooked or just poor qaulityDesired Settlement: refund is most appropriate
