I made a complaint for Avasflowers through your website earlier today I have since resolved the issue with this business and would like to retract my complaint

I am rejecting this response because:
There was nothing on your site that said these flowers could not be delivered by Saturday before Mothers day. Not to mention...The customer service people in your company kept saying that the address and phone # that I gave them was not correct. They had a different excuse each time. NONE were legitimate. I do not appreciate they way that your customer service department handled any of this. I have even checked today and the flowers have still not been delivered. I will NEVER do business with your company again and will do all that I can to inform people what type of service I got
