representative requested my order numberAs I stated in my original complaint, I didn't order a product from themI was trying to, but they refused to honor their promotionSee original complaint for details of complaint and requested solutionThe company falsely advertised, and when they were caught falsely advertising, they refused to honor their promotion, so I shopped elsewhere and as a result, my product was lateMy product was late because when I noticed the advertising on Monday, I contacted them Monday via email for clarification & to honor their promotion...and the rest of the week I was trying to get the issue resolved so I can place my orderWhen they insisted on not following their advertisement, they told me the price I see is what I must pay, I told them I'd report the issue and I would make a purchase elsewhere, but that I would report the advertising and insistence on not honoring the promotion to the Revdex.com

I response their message that "recipient loves the arrangement", I simply state that she likes them, not that she loves them They were a surprise, so I would not expect her to express dissatisfaction with them It would be unreasonable for me to tell her that I want to return them within their hour policy I am expressing MY dissatisfaction with them, compared to what was pictured on the website I have attached two pictures, the first is from the website, where I purchased the "DELUXE - As Shown" version of this bouquet The second is the actual arrangement that was delivered Ava's flowers substitution policy states "Minor substitutions may be made without prior consent or approval from the Customer." I would argue that what was done was not minor substitutions The arrangement was simply not up to the value of the amount that I paid, and not delivered as represented

I am rejecting this response because: They can pick up the plant it they choose, my mother has it in ***. However, I do not want to do business with Avas Flowers and I demand a full refund. I do not want any store credit and I do not want to do business with Avas Flowers. They have given me the runaround and have stonewalled since the beginning of this problem. I do not trust this company and want nothing else to do with them. Please refund my money to my credit card

This is not a delivery fee, it is a service fee as shown:Our Standard Service Fee for florist hand delivered flowers is $All UPS/FedEx delivered items have a service fee of $18.95.The service fee is for the processing of the order and is not refundable

They don't seem to understand the problem with how they are running their business and I am certain the problem will persist for other consumers, but I guess there is nothing else I can do

A customer service representative requested on 3/1/to email a photo of the arrangement at question within hours in order for Avas to contact the floristThat photo was never receivedWithout the photo, no resolution was possibleMy apologizes for the issues mentionedThe florist had issues in making the delivery on the day requested due to incorrect information providedThe shop was closed on Saturday and Sunday but was able to make delivery on Monday, which was doneThe customer ordered an arrangement of mixed flowers in pink, red and white @$with no specific type of flowers to be usedThe florist filled it to value using that descriptionThe florist notified us of the following;The flowers were still very tight in the budding cycle- to ensure a longer shelf life for the recipientIt contained multiple color roses, stargazer lilies, alstromeria, mums, stock, hydrangeas and carnations along with a mixture of lush greens and premium filler such as limoniumWe used a tall cube vase and filled to valueThe florist confirms delivery on 03-01-at 05:PM ,Order left with Intended RecipientAs a sign of good faith, a partial refund in the amount of $has been issued as shown:A refund of $has been applied to order no:, ***The following email was sent to ***":A refund in the amount of $has been issuedIt may take your bank up to days to process this refundWe apologize for any inconvenience
