I would like written verification from Ava's Flowers that my personal information and credit card data have been permanentally deleted. I do not want a store credit. I am rejecting this response because:The product that ordered was clearly not the delivered product, as the company admitted to in the reply AND it was delivered after the memorial service had concluded When ordering this product via the phone and salesperson, they provided me with a quote of the cost I accepted the cost and made the payment Complete 100% service failure and dissatisfied costumer. All that Ava's flowers keeps doing is repeating the same thing over and over Two of your associates lied to me Your customer service department is rude and practices transferring callers throughout the company so they will give up This is the worst business ever I expect the same reply as I have gotten throughout my complaint here You have never offered to fix this problem once time My only wish is that people read this and never use your business Awful people simply awful Ruined my Valentine's Day with your lies I had to go out and spend additional money to fix your lies

I am rejecting this response because:Per the wording on their website they reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater valueThe flowers substituted were certainly not of equal or greater valueFive stems were in the recipe and I only received four stemsThere was no flower of equal or greater value to replace the Lily from their own recipeThe three stocks were a substitution for the carnations, and a sorry tiny rose were includedSo under their recipe I was shorted a flowerBesides that the whole arrangement was shoddy.
