To whom it may concern, I have reviewed the order and seen that we had not received any calls from the customer and I see that she mentioned that she was trying to get in contact with us and have not been successful.I called to checkup on this delivery and to apologize for any mishap or
inconvenience we may have caused but I was not able to get through to the customer but have left a voicemail checking up on the order and provided her with our number to get in contact with us

Due to the fact the the company failed to deliver a time-sensitive order, they should not only refund the money but should make additional remuneration for inconvenience, time, and distress.
