I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, providing I do receive the full refund of $from Avas FlowersThey called me yesterday and said they were putting through the refund, but I have not received yet So I will consider this complaint to remain open until I receive my full refund It is so sad that they apparently have done this same thing to so many unsuspecting individuals It is very apparent because of so many complaints out there on the internet about them

I am rejecting this response because: I did agree to the mere $refund however for a very
small container of ivy I feel I was grossly overchargedI took the refund do to the fact I had tried to contact someone for two days, on hold for upwards of minutes, hung up on, called back and the same run aroundIt was only when I threatened to call the Revdex.com that I was given a return callI felt with the run around and simple aggravation this would be all the refund I would getThis business is a complete farce and sends orders that are no where near the original order, along with being overchargedMy final charge was $for a small (very small) container of ivy, garden ivy I might ad with a small bowThis was just ridiculous and I will never order from this place again and will notify everyone I know of their bad service as well as customer serviceIt seemed everyone I spoke with was from another country which again led to a poor communication issueHow they rec'd a good rating is beyond me

I am rejecting this response because:Avas is advertised as a "LOCAL" and "FAMILY OWNED" ON THEIR WEBSITE To me, this means it is a florist located in the city I wanted to use Local florists have their own delivery vehicles They do not use *** *** ***Also, the flowers were never delivered and Raphael never called me back to settle this dispute as he promised on March 12, 2016.There are many complaints online about your companyYou should do a better job!

My apologizes for the issues mentioned but since the customer has disputed the charges with his bank, we are no longer able to respond to this complaint and will deal with the bank when we are contactedA re delivery of dozen roses was offered, at no additional charges, but the customer requested a full refund, which was not possible as stated for cc dispute issues

I am rejecting this response because: The flowersa I received were missing pedalsYou seem to have glossed over that FACT with your response although that isnt aurpriseing given your F rating with the Revdex.comYour company is a jokeYou sold me an arrangement that was of the poorest quality and once you were made aware you tried to hide the truth by standing behind a "substitution policy"Well I read the policy twice and never saw where it said you might substitute what I ordered with flowers I could have dug out of a dumpsterI will either receive a refund or I'll spend hundreds on an attorney and take you to courtThe last thing I plan to do is allow you to keep my paymentRefund me in hours or prepare to spend a lot more than that defending yourself in courtBest wishes...
