To Whom It May Concern,We have attempted several times to resolve this issue requesting pictures from the customer on this date 01/22/and on 01/23/and the customer failed to provide a picture or a better description of what was delivered. I apologize for any inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because: That information does not explain why I was not able to cancel the order prior to deliveryI was denied a cancellation when the merchant failed to fulfill the order and now I am being denied a refundIt is unreasonable to advertise same day delivery as a core business service and then deny customers the ability to cancel the order when the merchant is incapable of fulfilling on their own promiseIt is not only a terrible customer service experience but is also deceptive

My name is *** with the Avas Flowers customer service management and I’m very sorry there was such trouble with this order. In addition to the refunds already given we can refund a further $Please let us know if we should proceed with that

This is in response to the rejection we received from Ms***Upon review, we see that Ms*** had first ordered the Season's Greetings Bouquet which has a listed price of $We were not able to secure a local designer to hand deliver this so an email was sent to Ms*** on 12/at the email address we had on file for this order at that time advising that we would have to substitute this order to something we could deliver directlyIn this case, we made the change to our Farm Fresh Christmas Carnations which are also listed on our website as $Ms*** later informed us that the email address we had was not correct and this would be why the notice was not receivedOn 12/Ms*** again called us and advised that she was not satisfied that we had made this changeOur customer service agent made an offer of a 10% discount as well as $store credit as an apologyMs*** refused the store credit, but the refund was processedIn her initial Revdex.com filing, Ms*** requested further compensation for this changeThough the two arrangements were of equal value, an exception was made and an additional $was issuedWe understand that Ms*** remains unsatisfied, but we feel we have made a good faith effort to resolve this matter
