My apologizes for the issues mentioned. The customer has elected to dispute these charges with their credit card company and we will no longer respond to this complaint. We will respond to the customers bank when contacted. Thank you for your understanding.

I am rejecting this response because: As stated below iii a full refund at the Customers option per their website. All it was taking is a phone call to me, the person paying for this, but they didn't and then thestore was closed.  Now the flowers are almost a week old!!! With respect to all delivery policies stated in this section, in the event that no delivery attempt was made and the order was not delivered on the requested delivery date, we will offer the Customer (i) a re-delivery attempt; (ii) a credit towards the purchase of Products; or (iii) a full refund, at the Customer’s option. Non Deliveries or Late Deliveries are not inclusive of orders that are en route to

I am rejecting this response because:In speaking with my Credit Card company, they indicate no action has been made to refund the funds. Also, the above message indicates they refunded me in full, however, earlier today I got an email from the owner of the company ([redacted]) who says he believes he can clear it up, that no charge was made and so I will not see a refund. (His email dated 9/8 1243pm (PST) - There are so many conflicting messages about why they cannot refund, why they must deduct a service fee (even though no service was ever provided) and also that there would be a refund, and then Mr. [redacted] message saying no refund, due to my never being charged...and now, this response to Revdex.com stating a refund has been processed. I will give time to have the pending charge still showing with my credit card to either drop off, be refunded, or cancelled. Until then, I don't have any faith that an actual refund is coming to me. Also, I have much documentation (times, names, contact duration, status of calls, emails to/from this company) that I can provide to show that not only should it never take a customer this long and this much effort to try to resolve an erroneous charge by this company (they do not provide service to the city they took the order for, but were determined to keep my money for it), and that it appears that if a customer isn't as persistent to fight this, they are just left with the charge and no service....multiply that by the thousands of complaints listed against this company and that adds to a lot of money! I believe this company is practicing fraudulent business practices and is getting away with it, just because they can....it takes too much to try to get the situation resolved. Additionally, the city I was ordering to have flowers delivered to, but that even though they took the order, they do not service, is not the only city that is listed in their online store for services which they do not serve, but do charge for. This needs to be corrected. Lastly, the [redacted] logo displayed on the Avas Flowers website is in violation to licensing terms by [redacted], since the company is not an affiliated florist of [redacted], and leads customers to incorrectly believe they are dealing with an authorized [redacted] store. I believe that needs to be reviewed and corrected, as well.

Our policies do state that we need to speak with the local designer first, but that does not mean a refund can not be given. Please contact your bank to end the dispute then call us for a refund as we can not process one while this is being contested.

We have reviewed this rejection and we see that Mr. [redacted] was not satisfied with the original arrangement that was delivered by the local designer. We normally require the ability to pick up an unsatisfactory arrangement before making a redelivery, but this was waived and a second arrangement was delivered by a different designer. The customer also expressed his dissatisfaction with that order. Despite the fact that both arrangements were kept, an exception was made to offer a resolution which was accepted by Mr. [redacted] by phone on July 3rd. The customer mentioned that she was going to file a dispute with the bank and based on statement, we are unable to respond to the complaint....

Avas flowers has issued a full refund to me regarding this complaint but has told me to expect it to take 10 days to  be proceed. I hope everything is taken care of now olny 10 days will tell. Thank you by contacting them it seemed helped let them know I was not going away.

The order was completely cancelled and refunded as the shops that deliver to [redacted] area were at capacity when Ms [redacted]' placed the order. At the end of the day on 2/14, the...

shops advised us they were also at capacity for the following days due to walk in orders from local customers, so we had no choice to cancel and refund Ms [redacted]' order. Though we release the funds immediately, the refund process can take 3-10 business days depending on the financial institution who provides credit services to the customer. We cannot assist Ms [redacted]' further with her refund as we have already processed the refund and released the funds. Ms [redacted]' was advised of this when she spoke on a representative on 2/15. The arrangement was delivered at 3:30 pm, and we had arranged a pick up and re-delivery of the new arrangement by 4 pm the same day. The agent [redacted]...

[redacted] spoke to did not say it would be delivered in the morning but that the designer would deliver it as early as possible as this was a time sensitive situation. [redacted] was given 15% off her order as well as an additional $20 in store credit. The new arrangement was delivered to the recipient's daughter at 1:50 pm on 2/23. We cannot provide [redacted] with a further refund unless we pick up the arrangement that was redelivered up, and she would only be eligible for a partial refund (minus the cost of goods as the designer has delivered two arrangements.) did not receive a question about the quality of the order til 6/17 nor did we receive any pictures of the arrangement. At this point it is too late to question the designer on this. I have refunded $10 which is the difference between the heart and the oval wreaths.
