My apologizes for the issues mentioned. Purple Orchid Planter was orders @$99.99 and the customer claimed that an incorrect orchid was delivered. A partial refund in the amount of $57.00 vs Transaction [redacted] was issued on 12/05/15.

I have accepted what was offered to me LAST WEEK WHICH IS AS FOLLOW:  My name is Chris with Avas Flowers customer service management and I understand there was a question about your recent order. I just tried calling, but was not able to reach you so I wanted to follow up with this email. I understand from the Revdex.com that you are requesting a refund of $33.39 and I see that a refund of $20.99 has already been issued. At this point, we are prepared to refund the additional $12.40. Please respond to the email indicating you acceptance of this resolution and I will have the refund processed at once. If there are any other concerns, please let me know when it would be best to contact you. I am not however, accepting Mr. [redacted] response that I misunderstood what was going on.  I've been a business executive for 30+ years, and I know what Ava's Flower staff did; they misrepresented themselves and did not tell me they were charging me for items like a note to go with the flowers, etc.  If only once they said, these items are all an additional $30, I would have said NO I DON'T WANT THAT, but there was no opportunity because they intentionally withheld this information and THOUGHT I wouldn't actually see the flowers.  This should be looked into further by the Revdex.com because I'm certain they do this to other customers who have no idea they are getting charged for items not specifically asked for and expecting a nice arrangement.

attempted to deliver on 1/3 the recipient was not available and we did not have permission to leave the order at the door. This was successfully delivered on 1/4.

I am rejecting this response because: My ordered was  to be delivered 11-21-2015 ! If the arrangement was not able to be delivered by close of business on 11-21-2015 the order was to be cancelled ! After several calls this was made VERY clear. The customer service experts lied to me from the beginning stating that my order was out on the truck for delivery ! It makes no difference that the nurses signed for a delivery on 11-22-2015. I had already arrived at the hospital and taken care of the flowers from another source. On 11-22-2015 afternoon when a pitiful arrangement arrived I called the designer and told them the order was cancelled on 11-21-2015 due to non-delivery!They (Blossoms and Stems ) Refused to pick the flowers back up. It makes NO difference the nurses signed for them as they were not part of this transaction.

Orders placed within 4 days of Valentines Day and Mother's Day DO NOT HAVE GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATES. Neither cancellations nor refunds will be issued on orders placed during the Valentines Day or Mothers Day holidays if the order was placed within 4 days of the holiday, and subsequently delivered within 4 days after the respective holiday.  ON LINE ORDER PROCESSING:In order for a website order to be processed, the customer "MUST" check our TERMS of SERVICE prior to placing the order. I am rejecting this response because: It is 100% incorrect information. I submitted two photos (for TWO separate bouquets) on behalf of the flowers that were delivered via AvasFlowers.net. I sent this complaint with BOTH photos to Avas Flowers on February 3rd, 2017 at 9:52PM after receiving the photographs from the recipients. It is NO surprise to me that Ava's flowers is a florist aggregator. With that being said, BOTH florists that worked on BEHALF of Avas Flowers did NOT supply what I had purchased. Firstly, I did NOT purchase "Titanic Roses". I DID purchase "Pink Bouquet" which is evident in BOTH receipts that were sent to my email address on February 3rd 2017 at 11:00AM. That explains the claim "they do not carry the roses" because I ordered a COMPLETELY different bouquet. I continuously tried to contact Avas Flowers and CONTINUOUSLY had issues with the service. NEVER ONCE during the MANY conversations with Avas FLowers employees, did they ask for me to send ANOTHER photograph of "the complete bouquet." The latest issue I have was after I sent the last complaint I sent to Revdex.com. If whatever issues I experienced prior to this last response was not unfathomable enough, the florist (ON BEHALF OF AVAS FLOWERS) showed up at one of the recipients houses AGAIN and demanded to take the horrific flowers away without replacing or trying to compensate the issue. 100% unacceptable service on SO many levels. I stand by my original claim wondering "how in the WORLD can Avas Flowers still be in business" if this is how they handle their customers? You can CLEARLY see just by the incorrect response Avas Flowers submitted, that there are no other words to describe the service I have experienced with Avas Flowers other than ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC.

Our records show that this order was refunded in full on 5/25. We then called Ms. [redacted] on the phone number provided in this complaint and left voicemail advising of this refund but asking her to please contact us if there were any further concerns.
