I am rejecting this response because: I was not satisfied with getting the "reward points" as I don't want to order flowers from your company again!  We spent around $150 and the arrangement (picture attached) was maybe a $50 bouquet of flowers!!!!!! We wanted a really nice arrangement for our friend that past away, spent the money to do so and it was maybe a $50 arrangement!  Take your points, I don't want them!  I would like some of my money back!  You are a family owned business and I would expect for you to treat this issue as tho it mattered!  I lost my friend in a terrible car accident and the flower arrangement had close to the color scheme but was very badly put together.  I would like some of my money back - keep your "reward points"!

I am rejecting this response because:I don't think the refund is fair.. this business confirmed on Friday that the arrangement would be there that day FRIDAY (fast and cheap is avas motto) well.. try slow and expensive and late.... I would accept a 50 dollar refund... no less.. the embarrassment alone in MISSING a holiday arrangement when THEY SAID IT WOULD GET THERE THE DAY OF THE ORDER (2 days early for mothers day)... it should be a complete refund... I received a email a few hours later on friday saying that they dropped the ball and could not deliver the arrangement.. tried calling over 20 times to cancel but not response...  after that all you get is the run around and double speak.... so yes I'm not satisfied with is refund.

I am rejecting this response because: The business included inaccurate information in the complaint response.  I would like for them to acknowledge that no arrangement was ever received and no service was provided despite multiple attempts by myself to get the issue corrected.  And even after I contacted them a final time to get a refund, it took an hour on the phone with them to receive the refund.
