I am rejecting this response because: Chris called my phone and promised a full refund on the order and it has not been refunded yet. I cannot close this complaint until the refund shows up on my card statement. I am checking daily and will alert the Revdex.com as soon as it is posted.

We do not have any indication of the fact that the customer was told the he would receive 10 Roses since the on line description is not as mentioned. The florist filled the arrangement as requested and as indicated in the product description too. Blooming Romance Bouquet; 10 stems Roses and Carnations @$69.99. The on line description of the arrangement ordered was as follows: The Blooming Romance Bouquet is a spectacular display of love and affection. Red roses and red carnations come together to create a romantic and sophisticated arrangement set elegantly in a clear vase. Make this occasion that much more special with the perfect flower arrangement that expresses your heart's sentiments. *Bows and Ribbons depicted in this arrangement are not included. Item pictured is a depiction of an arrangement that we will make as similar as possible with the same look and feel. There is no indication of the amount of Roses or carnations used to fill the arrangement to value. 10 stems Roses and carnations total with no breakdown. The recipe that the florist used to fill the arrangement to value: A vase of 5 red roses, 5 red carnations, arranged with pitosporum, green berries, and a red satin bow. As shown within the Avas website: We are located in Mahwah, New Jersey, but we operate nationwide by working with local florists. We also often use FedEx and UPS for delivery.

I am rejecting this response because:
     It is completely evident that Ava's has a pattern of deceitful business practices given they have an [F] rating with the Revdex.com, they have entire Facebook page devoted to exposing what a scam they are, and the negative online reviews are countless.  This only affirms the fact that when you are online you had better do your research to avoid being scammed.   I only wish I had researched Ava's before calling them.     Ava's will defer to their Terms of Service, and they can write whatever they like in their terms.  This, however, does not give Ava's license to act fraudulently.     First, I thought I was dealing with a local shop because of the way the misrepresent themselves in their advertising.  Then, I was lied to on multiple occasions about the delivery date of the flowers, once over the phone when I originally ordered the flowers, and once via email later in the process.  When I found out the flowers had still not been delivered when I was told they would be, I began to investigate and called Ava's.  After being on hold forever and being disconnected multiple times I was finally prompted to leave a call back number and was not called back until the next day.  I was then informed they would be arriving late and was given zero chance to cancel and/or get a refund.  Finally, when the flowers arrived (5 days after I ordered them) they were not in satisfactory condition and were refused at the door.     When you look into Ava's (and you do not have to look very far) you will find that this scenario repeats itself over and over.  This is definitively fraud and it's criminal.     The only resolution to this situation is a full refund in the amount of $66.93.

I called Avas to give my credit card information and they told me they did not need it and would give me a full refund. They also said they would send me a confirmation email which I have not yet received.
