by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Delivering the flowers today (Tuesday June 30th 2015) after 5pm would be fine. Please send me a photo by email prior to delivery so I may approve at [redacted]. Thank you for correcting this issue. Sadly it wasn't rectified initially and I had to get the Revdex.com involved but at lease in the end, not without a forceful hand Ava's Flowers is doing the right thing.
Our response is not intended to be an insult, but the Avas policy is very specific in its terms. When the customer placed their order, they need to have read all of Terms of Service agreement, so when a problem arises, they know what can be done to resolve the issues. Based on the Avas policy, the on line description and the recipe that the florist used: I apologize for any inconvenience. As a matter of satisfying you in regards to your recent order, I can issue you a partial refund of $17.95 back to the credit card that was used at the time of purchase.
