To whom it may concern:Customer was on website when he purchased said arrangements, and agreed to full price when order was put through. A full refund cannot be issued when an arrangement has already been delivered.

however, they have never once reached out to apologize directly to me.  I understand that mistakes do happen  but when they occur I feel that a good business will reach out to the customer and at minimum give an apology and in some cases offer something for their mistake. Additionally, this was not just a mistake but there was dishonesty with text messages to me stating that the flowers were delivered when they were not.  I would hope that this information (the company's total lack of contrition) would be added to the complaint for consumers to see and consider before doing business with this company.  Thank you.

[redacted] order was placed around the cut off time for the local designers to the funeral home and the specific basket shape that was requested was unavailable with those designers. The shape that...

was delivered is approved as it was still a basket and as still to value in terms of how it was constructed. They were also doing several arrangements for services, and they did not have enough white flowers to fill [redacted] arrangement to value. They substituted flowers of equal value in a different color but a color that still matched other arrangements being delivered to the services. This is an approved substitution. The shop used roses, hydrangeas, lilies, snap drags and genestra - all premium flowers. The arrangement was over-filled in terms of value. We cannot provide [redacted] any discounts or refunds on this arrangement. We have issued her $20 of store credit to use on a future purchase if she chooses. I am rejecting this response because: They are showing pictures of what the item will look like, show and have descriptions of what the item will be like and then in small print somewhere on the page or in their company terms of agreement they say the complete opposite of what the pictures and description states! They are with total disregard taking advantage of customers by mid representing their products and using fancy words and legal wording to get away with it! Not to mention the horrible customer service they are blatantly providing to keep from having to pick up the arrangement from the customers home and either re sending a new arrangement or providing any type of refund! They know they have 7 days to have to do this and even though I called and did everything they asked of me they instructed me to email pictures of the arrangement and when they received the photos they would contact me immediately! No one ever called me, I had to keep calling them over and over again! One agent told me they could re send the flowers ( the correct flowers) again and I asked if they could send them on the 8th of May for Mother's Day and she told me yes, that it would be no problem! She told me that she wAs going to call the florists who actually made the arrangement and have them add the arrangement to their delivery schedule and after waiting 15 minutes, she came back to tell me that wasn't going to be an option! That's when I was transferred to a manager named Spencer who was very rude and disrespectful! From the time he got on the call he was basically giving me one option and repeatedly asking me if I would accept it no matter what I said! I don't accept what this company has to say, even though they obviously left clicked, copied, and pasted a beautiful legal buttocks covering response!

Thank you for expressing your apologies.Although, keeping the flowers is a nice gesture, having to go to the recipient to pickup only the vase is disrespectful and rude.A contract was agreed upon delivery of flowers on June 13th.  Delivery on June 6th was a breach of contract.In addition, after spending over 30 minutes speaking with a customer representative and manager, then having to file a complaint  with Revdex.com - I, respectfully reject your offer. My request is to have a full refund.

I am rejecting this response because:This company did not satisfy I requested a refund, order was not delivered as promised. They were unable to deliver on time for MOTHERS DAY 2 days later it arrived was not what I ordered people on the phone are rude and don't listen I believe they have no intention to satisfy any customer. Its a FRAUD. My poor mother got flowers from her son 2 days after mothers day OUTSTANDING!!

As indicated, the was an order placed on line and the specific policies have been indicated along with a partial refund for late delivery. The customer agreed to those policies when the order was finalized on line whether they were read or not. The designer filled the arrangement to the recipie and was to value.
