I am rejecting this response because:Although I appreciate the effort to explain policies and I have recently viewed their website and have viewed some corrections to the site information I must disagree with on several points.  First, when you send something to someone as a gift you do not always have the opportunity to see the product you sent.  On this occasion, I did however, have the opportunity to view at least one of the products that was sent and it was NOTHING(quality nor quantity) like the product that was advertised on their site.  Out of over $100 spent I believe I was offer between $10 and $20 credit. Second, if Avas flowers contracts their orders out to other dealers I feel that if they want to keep their "five star" rating (which I feel is questionable after reading over 1000 complaints against the company) it is then their responsibility to make sure the companies they are contracting out to is held accountable also.I will forfeit my credit as I will not be using this company nor recommend this company to any friends or families.  My hope is that enough people with first check the Revdex.com website prior to using this or any online company so they do not share my experience.

As mentioned, we do not have an order for the customer in our system. The money was placed on a TEMPORARY hold by the customers bank, not by Avas, until the order was confirmed, which it was not. They need to contact their bank to resolve those issues. If the customer has an invoice with an actual order emailed to them, it needs to be provided.

we have discovered that we were not informed of any issues with this order till 6 days after delivery. As our Customer Service terms state below, we must be informed of any quality issue within 24 hours.SATISFACTION COMMITMENT AND RETURN POLICYIn the unlikely event you are unhappy with your product(s), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and you may return the arrangement for a refund, request an exchange of products, or receive store credit.To receive a refund, non-perishable products may be returned unused and in its original state within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the item, less any service fees. Hand-delivered floral product or perishable goods may be returned in its original state within 24 hours of delivery and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee of the cost of the product.  To receive an exchange of goods, notify us within 24 hours of the issue with the delivered arrangement and we will pick up and re-deliver another product(s) of equal or greater value at no additional cost to you. I am rejecting this response because: Why should I pay for any fee The flowers were dead and the greeting card had the wrong name on it. Nothing they delivered was right.

The company still does not address the fact that I was not informed of the total price or order details until after the flowers were delivered because they took down the wrong email.  Therefore, I was not able to dispute the total charges and or cancel the order. They also do not address the fact that the wrong order was placed and that it was delivered at all.  I was told by a salesperson on Friday morning that my order was supposed to be on hold until the patient was moved from ICU.  I was told the order would be put on hold until that time.  In addition, since the order was delivered at 10 pm on a Friday night to ICU, the patient was not able to inform me of the wrong order until Saturday afternoon at which time I called and was told by a recording that the office hours were 9 am.  By he time I reached someone the 24 hour window was closed.  Furthermore, I didn't even know I had a 24 hour window until I called customer service and gave them my correct email at which time they sent me a receipt, a two days old receipt.

able to leave a tag on the door so she may contact them when she is home and available to receive the arrangement.In these cases where the delivery was attempt we wait for the person receiving the arrangement to contact us for a schedule delivery date and time which will best suit them.With the door tagged and calls made  left we were still not able to locate the recipient and then it came to a point where we were not able to leave messages on her phone as her voicemail will not accept messages.To assure the delivery on this order the designers then delivered the arrangement in front door and let us know that they also tagged the garage door.We have also received a confirmation of delivery which states they confirmed delivery on 02-09-2017 at 02:00 Pm.-Nv

his is [redacted] I respond to the message that I received earlier. The reason that I rejected Avasflowers message, because they breached their contact with me. when I over the flowers and other items. they promise that they will deliver all items actually like what I ordered and paid to them....

They delivered wrong items and one missing item that I paid for my first order on February 14, 2016. they didn't call or email to let me know that they mess up on my order until I call to complaint, I called them on February 15, 206,and they told me that they will reimburse $10.00 in my account and gave me $20.00 store credit and they will delivery the missing item in the next day. they send me an email telling me that they already delivered the missing item. on Wednesday, February 17, 2017, the item still not delivery, they are liar again. I called them back, they told me that they have to check with the store and will let me know, then they email to let me know they will reimburse $10.00 and $40.00 in my account.on Friday, February 19, 2016, I decided to gave them another chance to fix their mistake. I made another order deliver to the same address and name on February 20, 2016 which is my brother's girlfriend's birthday. around 8:00am on February 20, 2016, the delivery guy called me and let me the that the designer tell him not to delivery my order, and they will reimburse my second order the amount of $47.30.they intend to destroy my brother's girlfriend special day, my brother and his girlfriend get in a arguments on Valentine's day and her birthday, they are blame on me. when I order the items, I expect the items deliver to the right destination, and the right person, not just return my money, then what is a point to order stuff on the special days.this avas flowers company didn't care about their customers and intend to destroy clients happiness. avas flowers services are so bad, I want my full refund from my first order and I want avas to deliver another set of of 20 roses and to apologize for what they have done to my brother's girlfriend,I don't think that they should do business any more, I read on their facebook, there are so many customers out there upset about this avas company. they hurt so many other customer felling.

This order was delivered at 11:45 am on Valentine's day, The arrangement was refused by the doctor's office, they said there was noone there by that name, the delivery was then attempted again the following day at no additional cost to the customer and was delivered during our flex delivery...
