Clearly these scam artists that have thousands of bad reviews and Revdex.com complaints have no intention of settling this problem.  I have reached out to them on several occasions and even discussed paying some money for the flowers.  However I will not be paying the amount charged and again how can you return an item that you don't know where it came from.  They can continue to send the same response over and over and I will never accept it.  I have provided proof that we sent pictures and proof that no response was made to us, only to my credit card company after they returned the funds.  Then they charged my card again.  Something needs to be done to businesses like this that continue to get away with ripping off customers.

The order has been refunded - Amount: $77.94 vs Transaction [redacted] since 2/15/2017

I am very sorry but, since there was no order placed, there is no documentation for this order. As it shows on our website, the 45% discount is already listed on the items and there is a 10% discount for first time orders.

I am rejecting this response because:
There is nothing that Avas is saying which I have not already mentioned....  except some truth like: 1. I did not refuse the flowers I told the driver that they needed to go to the funeral home which is why I said funeral home when starting the order.  I said we need to correct this and he called his supervisor and the the driver came back and said, "You need to take this up with Avas, I have a lot of deliveries to make and need to leave," and drove off.2. They NEVER ATTEMPTED to resolve my issue which is I needed flowers to go to a funeral home!!!!  I said to the person how do we correct this, and she said we can't it's too late!!  That's IT???  I got off the phone with them and called another flower shop and got flowers delivered NO PROBLEM!!!!  Better Flowers and Less Money!!!!If you care about your reputation whatsoever, which obviously by your 1,375 complaints and an F Rating you don't, then please refund my money otherwise I will make sure anyone and everyone who I know (FaceBook, LinkedIn, Yelp and Twitter) will know what kind of horrible shop you are running!'

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  The business applied a store credit to an account that they arranged--in what I was told was the only option--but glad to read that they will now be issuing me a refund to my credit card.   I will look for that credit in the next 10 days and hope that the business issues the refund to my card.  Much thanks to the Revdex.com of NJ.

I am rejecting this response because:  I will accept this resolution as soon as my credit card shows a refund in full.  I will inform my mother that they will pick up the plant.  As my mother is 94 years old and she has a 97 pound German Shepherd they must call her before they pick up the plant.  Her number is ###-###-####.

Thank you for your proposed resolution. Since the sunflower is my mother's favorite flower, the resolution is ideal, I never wanted a refund.

My name is Chris with Avas Flowers customer service management and I understand there was a question about your recent order. While most of our items are hand delivered from a local shop, anything marked as “Next Day Only” or “Farm Fresh” are delivered directly from the farm via UPS/FedEx and in those cases we do not have as much control over timing or how deliveries are left as we would with a local driver. I see this order was on the web and our site will not allow a sale to process unless the customer has indicated that they have read and agreed to our delivery conditions. WDR-2-D Delivered via UPS/FEDEX in an award winning gift box.
