The customer ordered a Pastel Sympathy Vase@$119.99. The on-line description was as follows:Extend your sincerest sympathy to someone with gentle hues in this Pastel Sympathy Vase arrangement. Fresh roses, Gerber daisies and lilies are among some of the beautiful flowers that make this bouquet so special. The pastel colors offer a sense of calm and comfort during a difficult time.Item pictured is a depiction of an arrangement that we will make as similar as possible with the same look and feel. The florist filled the arrangement to its value using the on line photo for reference. The customer service representative requested for a photo of the arrangement be emailed but was never provided and a partial refund was issued as shown:Amount: $15.00 vs Transaction [redacted] on 1/22/2016. The customer claims that she ordered a large lavender vase of flowers but the description mentions, Pastel Sympathy colors using roses, Gerber daisies, and lilies with no indication of the amount of flowers that are to be used but it would be filled to value, which it was.The Avas website contains:Consumer must review company policies/guarantees: When is the deadline to place an order for it to arrive by a specified date? I am rejecting this response because: same generic response. The order was placed before the deadline for guaranteed delivery, and it was not even set to be delivered on the holiday. They came late. They have times stated on their site they did not meet, which is 7 pm.  They are falsely advertising the size of the order online and should show their actual arrangement sizes. I received a standard arrangement. 2 sizes too small. Same snarky "beautiful photo" from the rep.  The arrangement is probably the most disappointing one I've received from any vendor.  Days late.

The florist notified us of the following;The flowers were still very tight in the budding cycle- to ensure a longer shelf life for the recipient. It contained multiple color roses, stargazer lilies, alstromeria, mums, stock, hydrangeas and carnations along with a mixture of lush greens and premium filler such as limonium. We used a tall cube vase and filled to value. The florist confirms delivery on 03-01-2016 at 05:45 PM ,Order left with Intended Recipient. I am rejecting this response because:Avas Flowers basically told me They will do nothing to correct there mistake.  Chris said this has already been disputed and when the credit card company gets ahold of him they will work with them.  The credit card company already has and they would do nothing more.  I am still forced to pay 65.00 for something I did not order!
