At that time, the customer has the choice of viewing those terms and policies. Whether they read read them or not,...

they are bound by those terms. The customer MUST approve the acceptance of those terms of service before finalizing the on line order or the order will not be placed. Prior to the acceptance of "the terms of service", all of the charges for that order are shown and MUST be reviewed before acceptance of the order. As shown, within the Avas website, the description of what was ordered: Our Touch of Spring Basket @$67.99 is a blossoming expression of Springs delight. Tulips, daisies and Gerbers are arranged beautifully and presented in a lovely wicker basket. It will create a warm sentiment of charm, grace and beauty. The description has no indication of the amount of flowers that are to be used since, that is based on it's value. It was filled by the designer to value using the recipe requested. Item pictured is a depiction of an arrangement that we will make as similar as possible with the same look and feel. The designer filled the basket with Gerbers, tulips, daisies and spider mums to value. Substitution Policy:The flowers shown online are representative of color scheme, look and feel, overall style, and value; however specific containers and or flowers will vary in some cases due to floral designer interpretation, availability or need to meet our quality standards.  We regret that you were unhappy with the receipt of your order. After reviewing your beautiful photo, and reviewing the recipe of this particular arrangement all flowers are represented accordingly. Therefore, your order has been approved and meets the Product Description as well as our Substitution Policies.

I have not been contacted by them  since 4/6/17 & my last message was letting them know that I was not satisfied with a $15 store coupon since I will not be a future customer (in response to Carmen's message stating that there was nothing else they can do for me & "sorry that [I'm] not happy with this"). I can provide emails as proof.

One order had a greeting card and the other did not have a card. The florist received both orders and delivered...

Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss. The delivery time indicated was when the driver returned to the shop and not the time of delivery. The florist delivered it between 9:00 and 9:30AM, prior to the service as requested. I do apologize for that incorrect time. The on line description...

we have notified the florist to pick what they delivered. Once they confirm the pick a refund for the plant will be issued since is was not acceptable.

On 2/11/2016, $20.00 vs Transaction [redacted] was refunded and additional $20.00 was refunded on 2/17/2016 for a total of $40.00 toward the total of the arrangement of $89.99.The custometr needs to check with the bank for those transactions since they were issued as shown.

I am rejecting this response because: it is incorrect. What was delivered to me was not the correct Ficus.  THEIR customer service representative told me over the telephone that I would be recieving a 7foot tall tree...what was delivered was hardly 4 feet tall.  What I ordered and recieved were two very different things.  I also online ordered and paid for a LARGE ficus tree which was more expensive and which I DID indicate online.  No only did I order an LARGE ficus tree online, I also SPOKE TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE and was assured the tree would be at least 6 feet tall but the shop owner told them it was 7 feet.  After looking online I see this company has a history or defrauding customers and sending products that are incorrect.  They need to be stopped.

Though this is outside of our 24-hour window, we did request [redacted] to send us a picture of the order so we could review this with the local designer.
