We attempted to cancel and refund with the shop that the arrangement was active with to provide you with your refund and to our surprise, We recieved a message from the filling affiliated shop stating the following...

"NOT GONNA HAPPEN. I HAVE TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE ISSUE IS WITH YOU OVERCHARGING THEM. WE GOT THE ORDER AND DELIVERED. WE EXPECT FULL PAYMENT." Therefore we can no longer provide a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was not able to respond in a timely matter because I did not see the flowers until much later, after 24 hours. I live in a different state. I trusted Ava’s Flowers to produce what was advertised, so I didn’t even think that it would be so different in a negative way. Only after I received the survey did I realize I could complain about the order. Please view the photos above and see the difference. I don’t even want the money back anymore. I just want what was purchased and promised to be delivered.

It does not fix the fact that they lied to me, their employees passed me around and told me there was no way they were going to give me my money back, and that they committed fraudulent activity!

I am rejecting this response because:  I follow policy I contacted you before 24 hours I contact that you did do you deliver the plants. This is not right because you could offer me store credit why can you offer me store credit.  You guys are just making it to where I get just a little tiny tiny tiny bit of money. Which is not right I'm going to keep rejecting the complaints that you sent back because I do not agree with them and I'm not going to settle for it if I have to I will contact a lawyer.  And I will get this situated no matter what I have to do to make sure that the people I bought these plans or don't suffer anymore than what they had to when you guys delivered him they felt embarrassed you guys should be ashamed. You are off of me  A partial payment you offered me maybe a little slither of money which equaled out to $9.99 that's sad that's with shipping cost you gave me back my shipping. I am no longer going to do business with you and I am going to keep rejecting these complaints and I will find a lawyer that will deal with this case for me. To make sure this gets settled because what was done was wrong and you guys should have to pay for your actions.

I am rejecting this response because:Thanks for your reply but I know 100% that these flowers were not delivered.  We confirmed this with immediate family of the deceased that was present the entire day at the church.  Your own website shows the delivery was made on 05/01/16.

I am rejecting this response because:
There was not option to have the flowers delivered in a box from UPS or I would not have ordered them.  Also, though they stated they would provide a full refund, the bank has not received any refund at this writing.  The flowers were not only delivered dry from UPS, there was no vase or candy that was in the original order.  The flowers were for Valentine's Day and there would have been no sense in having a second order delivered after that date.

another agent responded; Would you like me to set up a pickup and re-delivery or would you prefer to leave this in place and receive a partial refund for this order?We did not receive a response to that email until the Revdex.com complaint was issued on 4/25/2016.The statement shown below was included in the customers complaint and for that, we will no longer respond to this complaint and will work with the customers bank to resolve the issues mentioned.  I wanted a "full" refund on my credit card and if they didn't do that they I would have no choice but to ask my bank and [redacted] to initiate chargeback. This order was requested by a different shop than the one who delivered the inappropriate basket. At this point, she has received the arrangement she is unhappy with and two additional plants. As we have delivered a fresh, appropriate basket and issued a partial refund, we cannot issue any further refunds on her order. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Have a great day.

Vase arrangement of roses, waxflowers, astroemeria and asters with greenery which was the original order placed. The florist delivered large arrangement containing fresh flowers. Since a re delivery was rejected, as per customer,( the flowers were sent for delivery for a specific occasion and now it is too late to replace), the cost of the arrangement @$59.99 was refunded as shown:A refund of $59.99 has been applied to order no:,The following email was sent to A full refund in the amount of $59.99 has been issued.
