Had trouble with my water heater and called Burton because of the positive experience I had with them the last time I needed a plumber. I also requested the same employee because he was so very helpful and professional the last time. Burton has me as a customer for the rest of my life. Thank you Burton and [redacted] you did a fantastic job.

Burton Master Plumber [redacted] was on-time, pleasant, informative, thorough and efficient. Truck was well stocked to offer repair options. Cost estimate and repair done at same visit. The company does seem more costly, but that is a matter for the customer to decide cost vs. benefits.

[redacted] was our service technician. He was GREAT to say the least. He was very professional and approachable with our many questions and he didn't make us feel like we were asking anything stupid. We never felt like he was in a hurry to get out of here. He seemed very thorough and knowledgeable and we so appreciated his patience with us. I know he went "the extra mile" in helping and educating us on our plumbing issues. Would love to have Stephen back here again to help with any plumbing problems we may have.

We had a sewer main back-up in my basement and [redacted] was sent to help out. He was friendly and personable for the few hours we spent with him over the course of two days. He wasn't there to up sell any services that weren't necessary and gave a few pointers for managing some plumbing issues we have in our older home. His honesty and integrity was refreshing in an otherwise crappy situation!

Over the ;last 4 years have had the opportunity to use Burton Plumbing & heating 4 times. All of the people that have dealt with have been helpful, courtesy, and most of all the techs have been on time and completed the job in time estimated. Have had [redacted] here twice and appreciate the way he has completed the work. [redacted] in my opinion is an asset to the company. As well as, [redacted] and the dispatcher.

[redacted] and [redacted] were assigned to repair a stop up drain line at my residence on Saturday [redacted]. They both were the most helpful and knowledge able workers I have met in a long time. Not only did they fix the drain line, they also gave information on questions I had on water heaters,but also things I should not put down the disposal. I just wanted management to know what nice gentleman they hire and to be sure to hold on to both them. Tell them thanks so much and my dog Abby also says THANKS! [redacted]

[redacted] was professional and personable. He inspected my furnace and when he mentioned a programmable thermostat, I jumped at the chance to get one. He installed it and walked me through the programming process.

Excellent service. We have used Burton almost exclusively over the years for everything from a new furnace and AC to general plumbing issues. Options are always presented and we have control over what actually gets done. Prices seem fair.

All service was a-#1 ----very efficient on contacting on arrival time, was on
time, general check up on furnace and humidifier. Was honest on what was
needed - only a filter and was up to me whether I wanted to pay their price,
which was very high but it needed it and I had him go ahead.

They installed a new furnace in 4 hours and it is a God blessing to know that it will continue to run through the night.

Burton called to schedule a furnace check because they'd installed a new HVAC for us 6 months earlier. The furnace check was free because as part of the new HVAC installation, and as always, the people I interacted with at Burton were polite and professional. We're very happy that we went with Burton for our new HVAC.
