Service was quick, professional and very informative.
I will definitely use Burton Services again.
First impressions are important and this company did well with theirs.

We Love [redacted] at Burton! Very kind, nice and knows what he's doing.

Even though we didn't end of having our service completed by Burton's, that doesn't at all mean we won't in the future. (Due to our home warranty already being approved through another company etc etc.)

I appreciated [redacted] concern, pleasantness and doing all that she did in getting us in so quickly and offering us our first time customer discount!

[redacted] the service tech was very personable, polite, knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that was understandable.

First off, their web ad states "Drain Opening - Pay just $**" However by the time they add in all the fees/taxes the actual bill was $[redacted] so I feel they should include this tidbit in their ad so you don't have to call to find this out after the fact. Just be honest up front, that is the key to success in a business. Don't try to scam the customer right off the bat.
They were to be there after 4:30 and didn't show up until 7:35 so I showed him the line that needed to be snaked. He then mentioned some options. I stated I had already talked to someone and had a price so didn't need options but stated the company requires him to go over the options that I already said I didn't want. He then proceeded to sit at my table and take 15 minutes to HAND WRITE a whole page full of 5 or 6 different options and all that was included with each option. I asked why he didn't just have a print out of this and he again explained his company required him to write them all out??? By the time he was all done it was close to 8pm and since I was never even interested in the options, I was so aggravated I wouldn't even look at the options (and couldn't if I wanted as I couldn't even read the hand writing). So to clean the drain took less than 15 minutes but the visit totaled 45 minutes. If they would have come in and taken care of my issue quickly and efficiently without spending so much time trying to upsell extras, this technician could have probably taken care of 3 or 4 more calls and I would have been satisfied. As it stands, I will never do business with them again due to wasting my time and theirs just trying to make more money. Like $[redacted] was not enough for a 10 minute snake of a drain.

In the early evening hours, I needed someone to check my furnace due to a possible electrical problem. It was right at freezing outside and when I called Burton, I was assisted by a very positive person who set me up to have a service person check my furnace. Within the hour, [redacted] was at my house. He took the time to listen to what I had observed and he checked my furnace. When he was done, he shared with me what he had found and my options to get it fixed. It took around 2 hours but my furnace was up and running. Even though I had let my service plan lapse, [redacted] made me feel comfortable with my choices after he shared with me all of my options. I would recommend Burton Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling to anyone who needs emergency service or just needing information.

I experienced another excellent customer service encounter with Burton Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. [redacted] was very courteous, professional, highly competent, and thorough. Because of Burton's detailed assessment and preventative maintenance, my HVAC system is operating smooth and will likely continue for the next 10 years!

they were running late, but once they got here, I showed them what my problem was and they fixed it in a timely manner. I thought the bill was a little high, but what is not these days.

[redacted] came to my home and discovered that my "clogged sink" wasn't clogged at all, but rather had a stopper under the rubber mat that I had forgotten was there. I was very embarrassed and he was most gracious, declining to charge me anything. If I owned Burton, I would want every employee to be just like him.

I am living in a house that is around 10 years old , obiviously things will go wrong. Our kitchen sink became clogged and we called Burton. With plumbing that was as old as ours it was NOT an easy fix , But [redacted] did a FINE JOB of not ONLY fixing the problem but keeping us informed as to what was wrong. We have a good positive attitude towards the BURTON CO. and to the technicians that they send out. We would recomend Burton to family and friends.

Worst experience I've ever had with a company. My A/C started freezing up and wasn't cooling anymore. I called on a Saturday to see when the soonest they could come out was. I had to wait until Tuesday the following week for an appointment that was anytime after 4:30. My first issue was that after 4:30 isn't an appointment, between 4:30 and say 6:30 is an appointment window. After 4:30 doesn't help at all especially when you cancel everything you have going on just to sit and wait all night. Tuesday at about 6:30 rolled around and no one had called me or showed up yet so I called the office. I got a woman named [redacted] who must not have had a good day at work and told me they could be there in the next half hour or not for a few hours, it all depends. I completely understand that but if there is someone who called four days in advance to make an appointment and has a one year old in a 90 degree house with out any air conditioning, I think that should be a little bit of a priority especially to people who may have just called that day. So after I got of the phone I waited....and waited until 8:00 when my phone rang. I got a little excited since I finally thought someone was on their way...nope [redacted] again. She let me know that no one would be out tonight and probably not even the next day so we could reschedule. Lets just say I wasn't happy and wasn't about to reschedule. I called a different company and they came out right away the next day. I will never use Burton again and would never recommend them to anybody.

Very knowledgeable technicians. Customer service excellent. Communication levels way higher than most companies!

We've had a service agreement with Burton for many years. They continue to give us excellent service. [redacted], one of their technicians, serviced our furnace this past week and got it ready for winter. He was punctual, courteous and very efficient. We highly recommend Burton to everyone! Thank you!

[redacted] was very complete about my options and budget. We worked out a mutually acceptable resolution to my problems which he then completed in a minimal amount of time.

We had a furnace check from Burton and [redacted] was sent to our house. We have had [redacted] before and was glad to see him again. He is always very professional and trustworthy. He does a great job. Thanks Burton!
