Excellent service, including information on upkeep, from [redacted] at Burton who replaced my garbage disposal. Pleased with timeliness, attitude, efficiency, and sales information but no pressure.

Just had [redacted] of Burton repair my furnace. My furnace was the victim of an OPPD power surge. [redacted] found the root of the problem and solved it. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. I recommend Burton with [redacted] to anyone in need of furnace/air conditioning service.

Had my water heater replaced. The people were very good to work with and responded quickly. But the pricing is too high. Quoted me several options depending on the type of work. The quote for just replacing the water heater control panel was double the cost of a new [redacted]. Is there really that much technology in the control panel? I had the entire water heater replaced, which I will say was done quickly and professionally. But afterward I did some on line research at big box stores and think I paid about twice what I should have for a water heater and 2 hours of labor. This was also in an unfinished basement so it could not have been any easier labor-wise to install the new water heater.

I had a great experience with Burton. [redacted] was courteous and explained my options. My air conditioning is running smoothly. I would recommend this company.

Great help, kept me informed of arrival time for Tech; and the Tech analyzed the problem quickly and let me know it was a snow/ice problem with my Heat Pump and how to take care of it without more expense.

New Saying If your Furance is Hurting PLEASE DON\'T Call BURTON\r\n I am 86 years old and had furnace problems the Igniter went out ...it cost me $[redacted] to replace a ** dollar part, if that isn\'t a rip off I don\'t know what is...I know it cost money to operate Trucks & Equipment is not cheap but this way out of line....I and anyone I know ever need work done I would never again recommend BURTON

I have just had my first check of my heating service with Burton's Service Partner Plan, which I signed up for about two weeks ago. They called me to set up the heating system check -- and were able to have them come the next day.

Technician [redacted] was polite, very thoughtful about covering his shoes before walking in the house . . . presented me with several options regarding some regular maintenance.

Overall, a good experience!

[redacted] came over to do a free furnace check the day before Thanksgiving. He said it checked out fine. Thanksgiving morning I wake up to a temp of 59 degrees in the house. Called Burton. [redacted] said it would be a $[redacted] service call for a holiday and $** to come out Friday. Another company came out to look at it. Turns out [redacted] left the power to the blower motor disconnected.

I have a Burton Protection Plan which includes an annual plumbing inspection. [redacted] checks everything and does the annual maintenance on our sump pump battery, which was installed by Burton several years ago. I also had a leak in our Master Bathroom shower repaired by burton 3 months ago.

The staff handled my scheduled maintenance with top-notch courtesy and professionalism. Thank You!

Burton did a fine, professional job. Options were discussed, a price agreed upon and installation of a garbage disposal and repair of a toilet leak were professionally done. Both receptionist and plumber were courteous and most accommodating.

[redacted] from Burton came out and fixed my furnace, He was quick and very knowledgeable. Completed the fix in under an hour. Since it wasn't working I am very pleased.
