[redacted] was very helpful and very thorough in explaining what he worked on. I appreciate all his help and the knowledge he has.

On 2/6/17 a technician ([redacted]) came to my home to resolve an issue involving my home's heat pump system. The technician was very professional, and provided a detailed explanation of the issue and how to prevent a future re-occurrence. The technician completed the work in a very timely manner, and all work areas were cleaned prior to his departure. Prior to leaving he also provided responses to all of my remaining question on the heat pump system. In my opinion this individual is an excellent representative of his employer's values.

I would like to send my review of my experience with Burton Heating & Cooling Company. Their Service representative, [redacted], that came and checked my furnace for the winter was very pleasant & knowledgeable in heating & cooling. He was honest in my service needed & the pricing was very reasonable. My over-all experience was recommendable to family & friends in their business. Thank you.

[redacted] was fabulous! He came to our house and noticed that we have called them for the exact same problem before. He was not only able to give us a great deal, but he saved us money on any future plumbing issues...since it seems we have one about every three years. Thank you [redacted] for your professional service and for giving us piece of mind! You made this an easy choice!

Burton was proactive in calling and scheduling me a free heating and air conditioning system check. [redacted] was respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. Burton has always resolved all of my issues in an efficient and timely manner, whether summer or winter, heating or air conditioning. In my opinion, they may cost a few dollars more for their service, but it is worth it to me to know that it will be done right the first time.

[redacted] was very prompt, and thorough for our free sewer/plumbing inspection as part of our annual service contract. he gave us several choices of repair costs, and spent quite a bit of time explaining everything. I felt he was very trustworthy. A good rep of his company.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very polite, friendly and upbeat. I felt confident in his conclusions.

The experience was good.

I was trying to locate an odor that may have fumes from sewer pipes. They did several things in an effort to locate why there was a problem. It was a process of elimination which was a bit pricey but necessary. They finally arrived at a possible solution which we are trying.

Mostly I appreciated they were professional, tenacious, friendly and did not make or leave a mess in my home.

I would use them again if I had a difficult problem I had to solve.

They were excellent!

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have no complaint with Burton or [redacted] who spent 6 hours performing a clean out of my lines on a Sunday morning. Yes it may have been a little high on the expense but it was a Sunday with family in town and sewage had backed up from the Mainline into the basement. He was very courteous and explained all that he was going to do. Not only did he do the Mainline but also the Kitchen and branch line from the shower and toilet in the basement. Insured my vent stacks were also clear by auguring the kitchen line from the roof. Camera-ed the mainline and showed me that the line was clear of all obstructions and gave me a peace of mind that all was good and no issues. A++ in my book.

Right from making the appt. to finish was a very positive experience. I received update calls to let me know when to expect the tech and this was very helpful. The girls were very friendly. [redacted] was very polite and did a great job. I could tell he knew what he was talking about and explained it all to me. I was very comfortable with the whole process. My furnace is running great and I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing great and very fairly priced service.......[redacted]

[redacted] did an excellent job of telling me what he was doing, concerns about my hvac system, explaining options that I had with the system, truly an competent and knopwledgeable technician in the hvac systems

[redacted] was great. He was able to give me a straight assessment of the problem and understood that I'm ignorant when it comes to plumbing issues. He gave me several options to choose from and was quick with the fix.

[redacted] was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job to get our AC working during one of the hottest days in July. Would highly recommend [redacted] to anyone looking for HVAC help.

The only negative comment would be that Burton is a bit on the pricey side. The quality of work is high, though.

Don't usually write reviews but, [redacted] went above and beyond what was required, took more time out of his day than was expected, and fixed a pretty serious problem with my pipes for price that was Very affordable. Truly appreciated!

Once again excellent knowlegable service on the plumbing in my historic home which was constructed in1905. coudnt ask for more!

Had trouble with my water heater and called Burton because of the positive experience I had with them the last time I needed a plumber. I also requested the same employee because he was so very helpful and professional the last time. Burton has me as a customer for the rest of my life.
