Burton Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

As a Facilities Management company, I need to find vendors to handle and correct issues that arise within the businesses I service. I had a store with a severe plumbing issue and contacted Burton Plumbing well within local business hours. After following up with them on the status of my request, I was finally advised at [redacted] their time, that they would not do the work as they had not dealt with my company. This could have been told to me well before the final call from me to them, and we could have either come to terms for doing business, or I would have had ample time to find another plumbing company. As a result of this, the store I am trying to service will now have to wait another day to have their issue corrected.

I was able to get timely Saturday service for a furnace that quit in the middle of the night. [redacted] S was on time, friendly, courteous, and efficient. He was able to
diagnose the problem and remedy it quickly. He also did a maintenance check while he was here.

Unclogged a toilet. [redacted], technician, was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He provided multiple options to professionally to get the job done. Very satisfied with today's service.

[redacted] took the time to explain what was done and also pointed out some other issues that I should have looked at, which I know, cost money, but in the long run, it is preventive maintenance I did not know about and would have cost more in the end...really appreicate his knowledge and looking out for my household's safety.

Never felt so taken advantage of in my life. Tried to make me think I had more problems that I did. Got 5 different price quotes from them. $[redacted] to $[redacted] Bottom line, got a new stopper in the toilet, and a leaky outside faucet replaced. Total cost $[redacted]

we called today for a plugged kitchen drain. [redacted] was here quickly and did a fantastic job. He was pleasant, and efficient. Quickly assessed our problem. He went to work and got our kitchen drain fixed. We were able to use the drain fix coupon. ]

[redacted] was beyond helpful. My problem was bigger than a normal kitchen sink clog. He quoted me a price first thing in the morning when he arrived. He was at my home for more than 8 hours and my price stayed the same and my clog problem was solved. [redacted] wanted to be sure he cleared the entire line--in my 40 year old two story house--he worked from the kitchen upstairs to clear the drain and then worked in the basement downstairs to clear the drain under the house.

He was very nice and worked really hard. We're happy!
